Lightning doesn’t strike twice. The motive for them to edge closer to the league and get revenge for that crazy FA Cup loss? Even if United have a result in hand in injury time we know what happens.

The only way we get a result is if they are only winning by 1 goal in the second half and we fluke a late equaliser, but as I said lightning doesn’t strike twice.

Give me a rest please. Not ready to be disappointed again. I wish I could just not watch this one, but I know I will.

Got to win this. At least show some pride and knock down their EPL title ambitions.

Chelsea late winner(s) will kill our morale. I can't see us doing well in this game.

Another chance for Liverpool to try and get our manager sacked this season.

If we would have won yesterday, we could have brang the morale to this game and be a bit more confident.

We are sh*te, we have no central defenders, our midfielders looks unfit and our attackers are not connecting.

    Good luck to us.

They are going for the title, and this one will be massive for them...

We should park the bus, defend reeeeeally deep and hope for a Garnacho's counter.

    There's only one United!
Play for a draw and dent their PL hopes.

What morale ? These players don't give a feck. In a weird way, it may work for us. Changes have to be made. Not because the players are crap, it's because we need fresh legs. It maybe hard to do with so many injuries, but I'd hope he brings in Mount, Amad, Rashford (just because he didn't start yesterday), Mctomminy and Kambwala.

I think the game will be closer than people think. Maybe the win over them in the cup gives me that belief.

Well I think we'll be well up for this after fecking up today. Still probably will lose, given they're a much better side, but hopefully we can do one thing right in the league and hurt their title challenge.

    Hojlund
    Rashford Bruno Garnacho
    Mainoo McTominay
    Dalot Maguire Kambwala Wan Bissaka
    Onana
    Most probable team.
Maybe swap Bruno for Mount ? And Garnacho for Amad. Just because they will be shattered after the 100 mins yesterday.

Rashford has been shocking, but for some reason he always raises his game against Liverpool, so I'd keep him in.

Hopefully this inevitable dry bumming will be the end of our clueless 'manager'.

Feels as if the only two spots up for grabs are between Casemiro and McT, then Rashford and Hojlund. I think Antony will start.

I want to be optimistic and think with our home support we can maybe nick a draw. However, they'll be out for blood after the FA cup result and given how bad we are I don't think the players will even get motivated for this.

I’d like to give Mainoo a break like Garnacho but not sure we can for either to be honest. If we play Rashford, leaves the LB isolated against Salah.

Shit the bed in the cup final when we could have stopped city's treble now no doubt we'll surrender meekly when we have the chance to stop the scouser's stampede to their 20th title......sickening.

To make it even more painful, we've still got Arsenal as one of the last games at home. Could be one of those games we want to win but will hand these the title if we do.
We can "want to win" all we want. Arsenal in this form will thrash us even at home. If anything, we've a much better chance of taking points off Liverpool. Klopp has always been intimidated by OT.

If we are planning to sack him, do it now. Don't want him sacked after Pool loss and giving Klopp and fans the pleasure of getting a manager sacked.

Hopefully Mount starts this one, will be better for the midfield.
I hope you're right, as in we'll be better, but Mount, Bruno and Casemiro started the first game of the season against Wolves, and we looked as open as we have done pretty much all season.

From a tactical point of view, ten Hag goes with a man to man press in midfield, which leaves a massive gaping whole in the middle when the opposition midfielders drop deep for the ball.

It's silly, and something that will ultimately get him the sack at United, simply because he's too stubborn to change.

We don't have 120 mins to force a victory this time.

Also, we're somehow even shitter going into this game then we were going into the FA Cup quarters.

Odds on this is going to be absolutely horrific.

Dont get all the negativity. Yeah we are missing lads and yeah we are not great at the moment but it's Liverpool? If our lads can't get themselves up for this they should pack it in. They are going for the title and are nervy as hell.By all accounts they were lucky enough against Brighton and even last night. We have a cup semi coming up and a probable cup final. We should be able to put it up to them at least. Get into 'em.

It’s gonna be Maguire and Kambwala in central defense isn’t it? Doesn’t fill me with confidence. Kambwala has looked alright, but he has so little experience, and Maguire is a poor fit for Nunez.

We consistently concede a bucket load of shots. If Salah has a good day, we will concede loads.

I'm going to ask for two hours overtime on Sunday. If I don't get it, I'm walking home very slowly after work. I do not want to watch this but if I'm home I know I'll turn it on.

This, along with the last remaining FA Cup game(s) are really only what we have to play for.

I don't know exactly what side is gonna turn up here, and that scares me a bit. Hopefully the side that fought tooth and nail like our last 2 games against Liverpool, but it could just as get really ugly with a repeat of 5-0, 7-0.

I suppose, is the unknown worse than what we already know? Kambwala will hopefully step up.

fairly obvious that we’ll get absolutely nothing from this, no decisions our way either, everyone is ******* over the end of the season with 3 teams fighting for the title, they will want that scenario for the last day of the season.
