Some commentator who failed as manager but knows how to act all hard and constantly says "it's not good enough". I do however prefer a guy from the dark ages.
Rocking in for a 90minute game isn't worthy of a cup in his name, it would have a huge asterx on it.

Ole as an interim shouldn't be an option. Anyone who thinks vibes, hi-fi and manager without tactical set up and knowledge finishes top 2 and 3 in PL should just give up football. It's really not for them.
Ole even mentioned many times how he wants his team to play, more often than not that's how we played. It's just that it wasn't good enough.
It was much better than the shit served today by the tactical genius who gives up chances to opponents as easy as City breaking rules.

Ole finished 2nd in a covid year that masks the pressure of full stadiums and momentum in games. He had a squad with a weak mentality that bottled games when we had packed stadiums again.
He also came out in press conferences and devalued the importance of tactics. He's a very basic manager and essentially not even much of a coach. He should never be coming near the club in a managerial or coaching capacity, and that's irrelevant of how bad Ten Hag has been this season.
There are few for whom what's said on PC is more important than what is seen on the pitch.
Also i repeat this point as according to you it's just vibes and hi-fi with ole whereas EtH is some tactical genius when it couldn't be far from truth.
If anything EtH is the most basic manager we had and that includes all the care taker manager and full time manager since SAF. No personality, no tactical set up, just full of excuses.

Thats quite a bullshit statement. Hes had ex players endorsing his tactical acumen and the same from managerial peers. He's had no season quite as bad as this which points more to this being a one off to his form compared to Ole, who has form for flopping in England.
Moreover Ole himself has devalued the importance of tactics openly in a press conference and delegated this responsibility to Mckenna and Carrick. He's also terrible for instilling squad discipline as long as he had a happy squad.
If the plan is to bring in Potter you might as well do that asap, even if I don't agree with the choice.

Whilst I agree the manager has really struggled to implement anything this season and injuries cannot really be the defining excuse for success or failure, I just cannot get rid of the feeling these players are literally un-coachable either because they are blatantly not good enough or lack the desire to succeed.
A new manager with these same players is going to change absolutely nothing.

Ask the poster that brought it up. Yes, all teams play under the same conditions, but those conditions favour the mentally fragile.
Maybe try to watch games and see what's happening instead of going with "manager said this, player said that".
He is doing worse than previous managers is every metric, only reason people rate him highly even though it's a shit show is because of interviews and Ajax. Nothing to do with what's happening on the pitch, it's all about reputation and what they said in PC.
EtH must be some different level of shit if he can't even do better than vibes manager. Worse possession stats and this season not even 50% possession, without checking I'm sure this is the worse than in any season.

I'm in agreement that this season we are absolutely terrible. But I am saying that this season is actually not characteristic of Ten Hag as a coach, and he has form for well executed and intricate tactical systems.

I want Ten Hag gone in the summer but at this stage what would be the point of bringing in an interim manager now? We are 7th in the league and can’t qualify for the Champions League. To be honest not having Europa or Conference league would be beneficial for these group of players as they can’t deal with the fixture list. We haven’t got a big enough and quality squad and I suspect some big names will be shifted in the summer.
Rangnick didn’t exactly work when he came in. Our options would be limited with who we can appoint. We may as well be patient, I can’t see Ten Hag surviving the summer after the abysmal season. I’m sure it’s to do clauses in his contract regarding compensation payments and our lack of funding with FFP which has delayed the inevitable.
