b) Select two players each of whom have played for a different club in the city chosen in a)
Note 1: If you select the same city both selections fail and the city in question is added to the banned list meaning that any player who played for a club based in that city during their career is banned
Note 2: I am defining city by metropolitan area
Note 3: This is the only reinforcement round for the final.
