Could football use rgb footballs to help visibility?

Illuminate the ball, the boots and the goal posts with LEDs, no lights in the stadium otherwise. Now that will be lit.

Also, the ref wears a painted target whose brightness is inversely proportional to how well he reffed his previous game.

If you hit the target you get ten goals.

The floodlights should be replaced with massive strobes and the ball shine in bright neon green. That'll get the youth to sit infront of the telly again!
