I like Inside the NBA; it's not the most analytically in-depth show but they have fun with it, have good rapport and can talk about the game in an accessible way. They don't take it too seriously or try to turn everything into a polarizing debate like First Take style shows.
Monday Night Football (UK) is I think the best UK based football show, mainly for the chemistry between Neville and Carragher and how they can get people in the game to open up (such as when they have had Rooney, Lampard, etc on the show)
For YouTube channels I enjoy Jomboy Media - I am not big on baseball but watching their videos break down baseball and other sports is always fun while informative. Again, I think I like it because they don't take themselves too seriously.
