Imran Khan gets third prison Sentence in a week

Anyone have an idea of what's going on in this case.

From what i can make out he has went from being Prime Minister to getting ten years prison for accepting gifts, 14 years for leaking emails and now today seven years for being in an Un-Islamic marriage all in one week.

He’s being politically targetted. They’ll nail him for every little offense he has ever committed if possible just to drag his name in the dirt and kill off his political career unless he’s useful to them again.

In the late 80s I spent a day working for Imran Khan. Completely out there I know but I helped him clear a couple of warehouses full of clothes he had which he had imported from Pakistan to the UK. I couldnt believe it was him when I turned up for the job, he was a favourite player of mine but it was. We had a great day as I got to talk cricket with him all day and spent half the time winding him up about Richard Hadlee being a much better player than he was. All good fun banter and he gave as good as he got but most importantly for me he was just a really great guy. I know personal opinions on a persons character based on a short interaction can be wildly off target but I see whats happened and is happening and I just cant imagine the guy I met breifly could have ever done what hes accused of.
