Luka Modric

Most decorated Madrid player ever, one of the best Madrid's players in history, the best Croatian player ever and one of the best midfielders who ever graced the game.

Now it's really the end of an era at Madrid. One of the greatest midfielders ever and for me Madrid's most influential player in their highly successful period from 2013 onwards. I'm gonna have to watch the game this saturday to see his last game at the Bernabeu. I expect a similar atmosphere to the Kroos farewell last season.
Mbappé will tell his kids that he had the privilege to play one season alongside Luka Modric.

Great player, best midfielder of I've ever seen, unbelievable what he's achieved in the game.

Definitely one of the best midfield players of all time.

He owes a thanks to Levy for not selling him to Chelsea, when he was trying to force the move as he would never have joined Madrid if that had happened.

So weird to remember him being sorta a bench player in 2012/2013. It was Mourinho's last season and memes were made about Modric sitting on the bench. Ever since 2013/2014 he's been incredible though. What a player.

What a player.

You could see glimpses of it when he first arrived at Spurs and there were the media stories swirling about him not being physical enough for the premier league. But his last 2 seasons at Spurs he was absolutely bossing midfields, and then Madrid came calling and the rest is history.
