Great if it does happen, but that’s part of the issue with Rashford. He’s a patchy player who either goes on bursts of goals or he does absolutely nothing because he’s quite crap in the buildup. Very similar player to Son in that regardBump

I don't think anyone doubts his talent tbh and it takes a lot of talent to score a goal like that against opposition like City - But imo the little glimpses of talent we see don't mean we should keep him long term, I would personally rather have a player of Luis Diaz's profile. Well done to Rashy though, hope he scores another in the 2nd half and hope he goes on to score/assist a few more goals from here till the end of the season - That consistency is what I'd love to see.

Expecting a so-called star player on £350k to do more isn't really being harsh tbh
It's quite easy when you're an elite athlete like Rashford purports to be.
Put your body on the line and make him actually foul you to get it. Dont jump out the way as soon as he brushes your arm.
The only reason Walker is winning all these duels without fouling is because Rashford is preemptively leaping away so he doesnt take any hit.

Best goal of his life and partly because of how rubbish he is, it counts for nothing.
Scored a goal out of nothing, fair play. But hopeless other than that. This is not to blame on him though, such poor defending from our midfield, Lindelof and Varane all game.
