Considering our u18s side have done so well this season you dont have to look far for outstanding prospects for the future.

There are however still some at other clubs that would fit right in and Mikey Moore at Spurs is one of them. He has 12 goals and 7 assists from 10 games in the u18s league this season at 16 years old. He mostly starts left wing but has also played through the middle. His last game he played in a 2 up front and scored a hattrick against Southampton before missing the past 5 games with injury

Spurs u21 team are 2 points clear at the top of premier league 2 with 2 games in hand... So they have a huge amount of talent the next tier up in development and Moore looks likely to be another great talent for them. Probably a season in the u21s and then might be seen for the Spurs first team a year to 18 months from now if he continues like he is.

They have recruited really well when it comes to youth and/or a bit less known players. But apart from Kane they have failed miserably with promoting from within and building careers for their academy players.

That’s mainly down to the crazy amount of managerial changes. For now it seems they have finally found a manager who might complete a full season with them (hasn’t happened since Poch left), but it remains to be seen whether they improve in this area.

Right now it’s looking good for them, but I can definitely see Postecoglou falling out with Levy or Levy firing him the next time they hit a bad run of results. Which in turn would lead to another change, meaning it would continue to be very challenging for their young players to break through.

I’ve seen him for the England youth teams and he does look a talent. Kind of old school number 10 I see potentially, who scores goals too. Would like to see him link up with Tyler Fletcher, the pass and move would be fun to watch.

We seem to be getting in a few players at youth level to but he may be a bridge to far. Very highly rated by Spurs. Saying that it’s Spurs so…
