I just found this : it started last night - you need to sign up -it's free. Once you've registered, sort out your team and under the "your division" option on the left hand side of the page you "Join a User Created Division" and enter "Fat Yanks" as the league name. All quite straightforward. Have as many teams as you like but I'd suggest no more than two each. You have a 30m cap for 6 players. See you there.
