PRO-LINE academy has been invited to play Manchester United and West Ham academy sides in October.

“Our U-18 side will play their Manchester United and West Ham counterparts in October,” Pro-Line director Mujib Kasule said.

“Rio Ferdinand was impressed by the talent at the academy during his stay here and he now is working on having our lads go there for friendly games with the two Premier League academy sides.”

The Manchester United and England defender was awed by the talent at Lugogo.

The Ferdinand brothers, Rio and Anton, are products of the West Ham academy that has produced Chelsea’s trio of Frank Lampard, Joe Cole, and Glen Johnson.
could be interesting to see if we unearth any Ugandan gems. i know Barcelona have taken on a few kids from Samuel Eto'o's Cameroonian academy project so you never know.
