Whether he becomes successful or not over the long term, it really is refreshing to see clubs going for young and upcoming managers rather than going for the stale lot that we're used to. But kudos to Watford for giving him a chance.

I wouldnt have thought the guy who married a TOWIE girl to have gone into management. I would have had him being involved in some kind of social media influencer horseshit with his wife or something.

Not much difference between interim and permanent at Watford, but good luck to him. I always want our ex-players to do well in management.
