I guess I’ve not paid much attention to his career after retirement, but I had no idea he’d gone into coaching.

Whether he becomes successful or not over the long term, it really is refreshing to see clubs going for young and upcoming managers rather than going for the stale lot that we're used to. But kudos to Watford for giving him a chance.
