Two English teams trying to sign Källström

Swedish media reports that two English teams are trying to sign Kim Källström, and some Italian and Spanish teams are reported to be interested too. I'd much rather see him playing in Italy or Spain than for any other English team <img src="graemlins/nervous.gif" border="0" alt="[Nervous]" />

Elfsborg? I think they are fun to watch, but only a very few Swedish teams will be able to put up the money for Kim, Elfsborg just can't be one of them. Gothenburg could be a good place for him to go, and one of the evening papers speculated on him going to DIF today. I think he stands a very good chance to make it pretty much anywhere he goes, it could be a good plan for him to stay in Sweden until the WC and show off his talents there for marketing purposes

Yep, but Svensson doesn't get to play much for Soton, not this far anyway. He will make it though, I am sure of that, he is a gem.

Svensson used to play for Elfsborg in Sweden, Selakovic plays for Halmstad. Selakovic is OK, but I don't think he would make it in England. Not quick and strong enough IMO, but I'd like to be wrong about that cause he seems like a likeable guy. He was on the bench against England, and he is very likely to be dropped when Larsson returns for international duty.

Not sure, though I think that we are on friendly terms with them after signing Blomqvist back then. Could be a good deal for us to sign him now and let him stay in Gothenburg (which is his hometown, he just plays for one of the smaller clubs there at the moment) on loan. He could develop his skills in a better club and we would snatch him after his success in the WC

:D

i heard a few weeks ago that he was off to Elfsborf for a yrs loan,,
a deal that suits the two clubs and gives Källsrtöm a vital yr of first team football
