How often are 2 matches played on a Saturday at half 12 UK time?

Surely this match could have been played at 3 while the Newcastle match could could have been played at 12:30.

Am I missing something important here?

I'm more surprised the Courteeners can still fill Old Trafford Cricket Ground. Haven't heard about them for a long long time. I guess Manchester is the only place they'd be able to fill a venue that big.
