Supports
Real Madrid
Michu for Swansea

Pukki for Norwich

Guiza at Mallorca

Dempsey at Fullham (I think?)

Van Wolfswinkel had a period with a fair amount of goals for Sporting.

For strikers/attacking players this seems easier.

Nuri Sahin, did good enough at BvB and got himself a transfer to Real. Barely played and haven’t heard of him since.

Adriano by far.
Young me really liked Peter Crouch aswell, not sure if he had a purple patch before he turned to shit or if he was just really really tall though.

Negri for Rangers. Scored a crazy 23 goals in 10 games but then an eye injury during playing squash pretty much ended his run. He was known for not celebrating his goals I believe

For brief purple patches of players that probbaly were nowhere near that level:
- Michu
- Amr Zaki
- James Beattie
- Benjani

For top quality players that had fairly short times at the top, but were absolutely class:
- Kaka
- Ronaldinho

For steep declines of class players:
- Rooney
- Torres
- Falcao
