Why is it

Good question mate - I will look into it for you.

"Show topic from the last x days" is probably set too low. Some of the topics are that old. You probably need to set it to "Show all topics" to see all 21 of them

Ah, couldn't the mods post a blank reponse at the bottom of each when they move these things? I'd do it myself, but can't.

You need to select show all topics from the drop down box.
