Youtube exact time video embedding

When I try to embed a video starting at an exact time it just strips it to the video id and removes the timing information. Is there some specific way to do it, or it is not supported?

It's not supported anymore unfortunately.

Can be done on xenforo, but probably not yet on Cafe.

Is this going to be possible soon? It seems pretty backwards that such an advanced forum would be behind on a feature that most dark age forums can support.
