Still so confused about our injuries and potential line-up, just hope we're more set up like the Arsenal game than the last couple.

Also said we're gonna win 2-1. But we'll probably be lucky to do so.

Sorry I dont understand this,it is a European match against our bitterest enemy,HOW THE HELL CAN YOU NOT BE WORKED UP FOR IT !!!!
Win or lose tonight will not affect how long LVG is the manager , he will be here for the rest of the season.
Combination of it being the Europa League and Van Gaal managing us and the realization that even if we put in a good result we'll probably end up disappointing again soon enough.

I'll probably get really into it once the game starts but under normal circumstances a game like this I'd be looking forward to for weeks.

4 matches in a row ain't just luck, and I'm a huge LvG critic. He's got their number imho.
No he hasn't. He outwitted Rodgers two times last season, can't remember how the 3-1 at OT went apart from the goals but your last win at Anfield was a total fluke and in huge part thanks to DDG. LvG certainly doesn't have Klopp's number.

I'd actually trust the kids more than the senior players tonight.

I think we'll win tonight, weird playing Liverpool over two legs and having one single game's final result not be as important.

Expecting the usual tonight, set up to hold possession conservatively and then have nothing to offer going forward when we do concede. Probably a "genius" defensive sub when we're chasing a goal or two.

Liverpool are joint top on current form with WHU.

They will be pleased with their last two games especially the home one against City.

They have to be favourites tonight.

1-1 would do me but I think we will struggle.

Who do we have that can play on the right? It better not be Martial or Mata.

Very, very tempted with £50 on 6 cards or more at 3-1.

I want Pereira playing on the right but it doesn't seem like he's in the squad, AGAIN. I think that Januzaj and Pereira have fallen out with Van Gaal.

Think it will be 1-1 or a 2-1 win to Liverpool tonight. Either result is fine as I think we'll win it back at OT.

Obviously if love an away win, but I think Liverpool team and fans will be well up for this and their will be a crazy atmosphere

I don't think LVG rates him at all. Even when the chance is there to put him in he doesn't.
Scared about tonight. The ref loves a card and I'm sure the luck is due to run out against this mob.

I dont think its fair to say LVG has klopps number, but it wasnt a fluke. Liverpool was shite on the day, and we just took our chance when it came. De gea had a few standard saves, but liverpool didnt actually create many good opportunities. They just went to shit in the final third and it felt relatively comfortable.

Might be revisionary but the way I remember it, we completely played you off the park in the first half but didn't take our chances, and it obviously came back to hurt us in the second half. Anyway, it's a totally different game tonight and I think we'll see a different approach from LvG as well considering it's decided over two legs this time.

Since it's an away game Schneiderlin will be benched.

European match , Liverpool , first time playing them in Europe, I dont get it , I am I missing something here ?
No, you haven't. For the first time in 30 odd years of support, I've reached total apathy. As it is, I have trouble fitting in work, family time with my 10 month old, and my dissertation. Used to sacrifice one of them to watch United, but that's now fallen to fourth on the list. This is on while I'm at work today, I'll not be making any special arrangements. I'll just look up the result later.

We had an awful last game and Liverpool have had decent last games and that's why we'll probably win.

If only we could be going into this with more confidence though. Just as we were building it back up Mata had to go and get a red card against a fecking Pulis team. We probably would have lost anyway but still, one can wonder.
