    Red Card for Casemiro!
This overreaction is even worse than the result. It was a tight game til the first and we could and should have been one up. Could have also won it and lvg would suddenly be ok again
LVg wouldn't be okay, then. He would just not be blamed for his bizzare decisions.

Of course we had it coming. Aren't you watching the game? Poor decision after poor decision, match after match - and stubbornly repeating his mistakes.

    1) Why does Herrera not start instead of Carrick against a high-press opposition?
    2) Why was Rojo in the lineup after his shite performances since injury?
    3) Why was Lingard down the middle instead of Mata?
    4) Why is Juan Mata - who had his best days as a CAM at Chelsea, been assigned with the task of closing down ROse on the right?
    5) Why was Totteham allowed acres of space down their left?
    6) Why was Young brought on for Rashford?
    7) Why was Martial kept on the left and Young put up front?
    8) Why was Depay not brought on earlier in place of Lingard or Mata?
    9) Why doesn't LVG ever fecking get up from his technical area and show some passion?
    10) In a shit squad full of average players, how can he alienate talents like Pereira and Januzaj? Why don't they make the bench?
    11) Where is CBJ?

Oh, I can go on. And this is just one game. We've had too many this season.
feck off LVG. You have ruined football the way I loved it this season. Just fecking leave, you imposter.

    I'm off. Night.

Sums it up for me at the final whistle - look at our players don't seem to give a toss we just got done 3-0. Chatting away with the opposition like they expected to lose and glad it's finally over - imagine Scholes, Neville, Keane etc after a 3-0 loss at WHL, it would be at boiling point. These players seem to have accepted we are an average side but quite frankly they are a bunch of average players with exception to Smalling DDG and Martial.

    Time for Jose.

This was never a 3-0 defeat game. Just a real loose 5min collapse.

Disaster though, and we've really let City off the hook now.
Real loose 5 min collapse. Does a top team lose focus like that. Is it excusable to rely on an 18 y/o fullback to shore up the defence? Does playing Mata on the right make sense, esp when he has been run ragged by Rose all game? Replacing Rashford with fecking Young? Do we have to get sh*tkicked 6-0 to categorize the outrage as not being an overreaction?

Agree with this as Spurs haven't looked like title contenders particularly - however, the sense of inevitability is hard to take. The 'cannae take the strain' message used to be for a last minute winner as often as a conceded goal - that, like much else at present, doesn't hold true.
the only thing worse then you team losing in a shthouse display is having to wait mins to rant off on here!!

Herrera, Martial and De Gea would be forgiven for jumping off. I wouldn't blame them anyway.

    It's the hope that kills.

So now, the hope is back off the agenda! And we can all relax a bit knowing this guy is on his way very soon, and Mourinho will certainly not leave us with an attacking 4 of a slow weak technician out of position, and three rookies.

    The Young thing was mental

    Ah the feck.
Thing is, we're a good team of players. There is more than enough talent in that squad to take the title.

The question of our manager being fit for purpose is moot, we need to cut the ties and move on. Let's get the show back on the road and look to the future.

City will lose next weeken, and we'll be back to one point adrift and the hope will be back.

It's been the story of our season, 3 steps forward and 3 steps back.

Title winners traditionally have goals in them.

    We don't.

We have a Martial who has wonderful potential, but who seems to be thought better on the wing.
Rashford is very much starting out and can't be relied on.
Rooney can score some goals but everyone knows he's over the hill
Mata is too slow and weak, despite his quality.

We left ourself super weak up front.

We basically need to win the next 3 homes to have any chance now.

Most likely Leicester will need a win at our ground to win the title though, making that a real hard game.

Its easy to blame the Manager but the players were so poor in general

Surely you dont need a manager to tell a player to make a pass to a team mate

Spurs will win this quite easily imo. Kane to score.
Well got that half right. I still have no idea why so many of our fans were so confident of getting a good result here. Either they overrate our team or massively underrate Spurs.

Ugh, can't stand seeing that smug twat Alli's face. He's wiped the floor with us for MK Dons (after which we should've got the hint and bought him), and now for Spurs.

What a special (dislikeable) player. Feck he'd've been awesome for us. Bastard.

We have three strikers there, more than capable of scoring goals.

Season over. Complete rebuild needed and that could take three seasons.
Go with the manager we should have gone with post Fergie, and that's the best chance of sorting us out.

Someone said Van Gaal has basically stripped the squad down, left us super flimsy, yet spent an outrageous sum doing it.

Can't imagine Mourinho would think you could compete in 4 competitons with basically Rooney and Martial, especially when he suspected the latter was actually a winger.

Couldn't agree more. We are ok to about 25 yards out and then we look no better than Aston villa. Clueless when it comes to carving out chances.

Nani said LVG treats the players like children. Well, that explains a lot because these guys do not play like men.

This was the most erratic of my player ratings this season. I thought that DDG, Fosu-Mensah and Martial were the three best United players. I also thought Smalling had a good game. The rest were lousy and Darmian absolutely dreadful.

As for Mata, he should be banned from taking corners. Every one of them is a short one and nothing comes from them. But when he has a free kick from 30-35 yards out, he crosses it straight into the box. It makes my blood boil!

Too many ballwatchers at the back, not enough steel in the middle, no reliable way to join the midfield to attack and too much inconsistency up front.

Bittersweet lets hope it's another nail in LVGs reign of shitness.

If only Blind had let Smalling head that ball...then we'd have cleared it, and it wouldn't have broken for Alli.

Such a little incident, ended up ruining it all.

How has it come to this I'm in agreement with that Scouse shithouse.

LVG acting like we're a small team going to one of the big boys and giving them a game..we had 1 shot on target, 1 in 94 minutes. 1. How can we expect anything from a game when we can't create anything. We've actually been very lucky in games this season where we've got the 3 points whilst averaging 1 or 2 shots on goal, we can't always rely on that luck.

    There's only one United!
I think that LVG has been riding his luck for the last couple of months and now it's caught up with him.

I expect United to sack him tonight or tomorrow.
