Chatting away with the opposition like they expected to lose and glad it's finally over - imagine Scholes, Neville, Keane etc after a 3-0 loss at WHL, it would be at boiling point. Agree with this as Spurs haven't looked like title contenders particularly - however, the sense of inevitability is hard to take. The 'cannae take the strain' message used to be for a last minute winner as often as a conceded goal - that, like much else at present, doesn't hold true.

Couldn't agree more. We are ok to about 25 yards out and then we look no better than Aston villa. Clueless when it comes to carving out chances.

Nani said LVG treats the players like children. Well, that explains a lot because these guys do not play like men.

This was the most erratic of my player ratings this season. I thought that DDG, Fosu-Mensah and Martial were the three best United players. I also thought Smalling had a good game. The rest were lousy and Darmian absolutely dreadful.

As for Mata, he should be banned from taking corners. Every one of them is a short one and nothing comes from them. But when he has a free kick from 30-35 yards out, he crosses it straight into the box. It makes my blood boil!

How can we expect anything from a game when we can't create anything.
