Nominations for the Premier League player of the season up today so thinking of asking who your United player of the season would be so far?

For me, Top 3:

1. Zlatan
2. Valencia
3. Mata

1. Zlatan
2. Valencia
3. Herrera

Special mention to Rojo and Mata. Actually quite difficult this time round, as opposed to De Gea + other standout player in the last few years.

Yeah, believe it or not but Rojo has been our best defender (imo) this year so he's easily in the top 5 for me with Herrera too.

Valencia, closely followed by Zlatan

Everyone else is far behind

Edit: I'd also say that Zlatan's been our MVP, while Valencia's been our best player.

Valencia
Herrera
Ibrahimovic

Like Samid says though, there's at least ten games to go.

Antonio/Tony V. Been consistent all season, no dips in form, really solid RB.

Piracy on the High Seas.
1. Ibrahimović: inconsistent performances, but the greatest net impact on the outcome of matches for United, apart from exuding leadership ability as our talismanic figure - superb value for money on a Bosman.
2. Valencia: bit of a renaissance season for him - consistently dominant on the outside channel as he shunts up and down the pitch, and probably a Top 3 right wingback in the league.
3. Herrera: having his best season in a United shirt - tenacious dynamo in midfield who is a nuisance for the opposition and does a lot of dirty work for those around him.

Don't think we've had anyone over a 7/10 overall this season which is so disappointing.

Special award/shout out to Rooney for not making a big mess in the media of him being on the bench

Zlatan / For bringing winner mentality and charisma
Valencia / Best player overall with performances based on position.
Bailly / Fantastic debut-season. Shown leadership and walked right into the side with impressive performances. Injury/ANC ruins his place here.
Herrera / A bit of winner mentality and good performances.
Pogba - Still a fantastic player, but has more in him.

Zlatan. If not for him we could honestly be mid-table, because nobody else can score consistently.

Honorable mention to Valencia, he's been fantastic, consistent and reliable.

Zlatan, Valencia, Rojo and Mata are the only real contenders, maybe Mkhitaryan if he can continue his form in the Europa League.

Zlatan - The only one producing the goods for us this season, when he's not in the side it's obvious that we miss him more than anyone.

Tony V - Mr 7/10 this season by far the most consistent, hardly ever puts a foot wrong.

Mata - He was dynamite in the first third of the season, mid season slump and now the injury probably knock a few points off but after Zlatan he's our best weapon.

For me no one else comes close to these three, everyone else has been poor to okay.

No Herrera? Interesting
He just doesn't influence games enough for me, admirable work rate and our only consistent performer in midfield but I think others deserve it more.

Hope he's back in time for the 2nd leg. We need him for the crucial run up. This team is begging for players who know where the back of the net is.

It's a toss up between Zlatan and Valencia. The latter has been a 7 or 8 / 10 pretty much every game. But not sure where we'd be without Zlatan's goals.

Zlatan. He's been a level above everyone else, got the goals for us. After that Valencia because of his consistently good performances.

Everyone else... meh.

Apparently all it takes to impress these days is a bit of energy followed by a shite cross.

Zlatan the only man in it.
