EURO 2024
Here We Go Again!
The Tournament starts on Friday 14th June.
The first match is Germany v Scotland which kicks off Group A at 8pm UK time (21.00 CET)

There will be 2 Prediction Games:
1. Predictions League Format.
2. Predictions Cup format
The number of participants is unlimited. The more the merrier. The competition is always open - any poster may join the competition at any time.
It is suggested that posters post each phase on one post (to make my life easier).
Predictions can be made at any time as long as they are made before kick off per game. You cannot make any changes to a post once a game in that post kicks off.
If you want to change a Prediction please do NOT amend your original post. Please just make a new post which will overwrite the original.
The reason for this is that amending your original post will nullify any points you have gained for matches that have already finished in that post.
The League Format will be in the following phases:
Phase One - the first 12 Group Matches
Phase Two - the second 12 Group Matches
Phase Three - the third 12 Group Matches
Phase Four - the 8 Round of 16 Matches
Phase Five - the 4 Quarter Finals
Phase Six - the 2 Semi-Finals
Phase Seven - the Final
In the Cup Format - the top 16 posters in the League at the end of the Group Matches (Phase 3) will play each other in a knock-out competition through to the Final.
Please note that the League format will continue throughout the knock-out stages.
Thus even if a poster fails to qualify for the Cup format , every poster’s scores will continue to count towards the League format.
*In Knockout Rounds, results will not include Penalty Shootouts (but Extra Time is inclusive if applicable).
Scoring:
3 points for FGS (First Goal Scorer) per game. (player)
3 points for Correct Score per game.
1 point for Correct Result per game.
3 bonus points for the winner of each phase.
3 bonus points for winners of Head to Head matches in the Cup Format
In the Group Matches - Phases 1 to 3 - six matches (one per Group) have been randomly selected as Double Points Matches - two per phase - which doubles the points available
for those matches.
The winner of Phase 1 will be entitled to select the Double Points Match for the Round of 16
The winner of Phase 2 will be entitled to select the Double Points Match for the Quarter Finals
The winner of Phase 3 will be entitled to select the Double Points Match for the Semi-Finals
The Final will be a Double Points Match.
The 2nd post of this thread will list scheduled matches and match results
The 3rd post of this thread will show the current and final League Table for the Euro 2024 Predictions.
The 4th post of this thread will list the draw and Cup Format Results.
As per the Premier League competition if scores are tied between posters, the winner will be deemed to be the poster who posted their predictions first in the thread.
As kindly agreed by @Damien the winners of the League Format and Cup Format competitions will receive a tagline.
