Worried about us creating enough chances to score. We'll see what Jose has in mind, hope he has a trick up his sleeve

The same people chucking a hissy fit about the line up are the same that would whinge about players looking tired on thursday.

The team needs to be thoroughly rotated. We have a game today, thursday and Sunday. Who are these magic world class squad players that jose should be selecting? This is the fecking squad, are we are bitching because he's using them?
    Well said!

People can talk how it's logical for Jose to put all of his eggs in the Europa basket all they want, but the reality is, we've finished below that Liverpool side, and there ls a good chance that Arsenal side could end up finishing above us too.

    Is that really good enough??

Win the Europa league and Leicester wins the European cup...it could happen

Then we are out of the champions league
If we win EL, we're in the CL no matter what happens to the other teams.

Downing tools in the league because we need all the help we can get to beat Anderlect at Old Trafford. What a joke.

It balances out if we win the EL though. Two trophies in Jose's first season is good enough for me.

Jose has a free pass, rightfully, this year but if he continues playing Lingard, Young and Fellaini next year he can blame Martial, Shaw etc but he only has himself to blame if he will get fired, and he will. There is no way we will progress with these kind of players.

No idea how but I got 9/11. Of my subs chosen, max I'll get is one point for Carrick if he comes on... Martial not in squad and Fellaini starts.
Basking in the glory of 7/11 here.

Long ball from Fellaini to rashford 1-0 and then close the game with 8 defenders, best case scenario.
I give that about as much chance as me landing EuroMillions. What is it? Something like 4 billion/1?

It's a 6-3-1 that will become a 8-1-1 for the majority of the match.
    Or that

If Zlatan is tired, it's the right move

I'm disappointed shaw isn't starting. Miki should be too

But I'm not as angry at the line up as most of you

    Oh jesus.
That line up is crazy. Comes out saying "we're man utd, we try to win everything" then starts games against his old club, who he should be motivated against, with a full on mid table team selection. Pretty sure Jose normally ups his game against people chasing the titles when he's out of the race too.
This. If I were a Spurs fan, I'd be fuming seeing that line-up.

Might as well go all in on EL given we're not playing like a top four team.

    That lineup though. Christ.

What are people worried about? We will win today - comfortably at that.

Looking forward to seeing Rojo vs Costa, one will be sent off, i'm sure.

My guess is that Mourinho wants quick attackers and try to run at Cahill, and attacking players with hard work rate, to make it hard for Chelsea to play out from the defense.

It just doesn't make any sense since we're still mathematically in the race for top-4 and our next match is also at home, meaning no travel.

Even if we make it to the EL final, it's incredibly risky to think it's a given that we'll win that one. It's one single match, where it doesn't take much to fail.

    State of that lineup..

I am guessing that if we are still level at 60 minute mark, we'll bring Zlatan and Mhiki to try and snatch the game.

But god, this is going to be boring.

Good to see the guy that cost us three points against Anderlecht starting again today
I've defended Jose a lot this season, I've mostly taken his side on the 50/50 decisions.

His weird fecking obsession with Fellaini is infuriating. Everyone else seems to be held accountable to bad mistakes or poor games except for him. Even Rooney! Fellaini though can be as shite and oafish as normal and he never seems to be punished.

Also, clearly he has given up on top 4. So I would like to see them play more positive today. No negative bullshit from mourinho and I will be happy out
