Got the forms yesterday. They want someone who has finished their degree, not 1/4 the way through. Ah well :)

The new webiste is a vast improvement on the old one. Though I dont use it much, other than for ticket info etc. I think they are making some good improvements, ie- transfer speculation, links to news agencies etc. Given the rigid corporate environment of United, I think they are doing a good job.

Its still too bulky and doesn't display the page assets in a very efficient way. I feel sorry for anyone who attemtps to navigate that site with a dial up connection.

Thats propbably a fair criticsim. The new site is under constant evaluation, so perhaps it is something they are going to address.

Well they are improving. Content wise.

The design though is very bad IMO.

I'm getting a fecking headache from the white text on red background.

With the money they're putting in it should be so much better.

You have to work in the office, full-time. The application form didn't say anything about the salery, but the benefits weren't much. You need to have experience in Quark, Photoshop and Illustrator, and a full university design degree. I would've sent the form off, but, I am only a quarter of the way through my degree.

At least the pages change some times on the new site. Let's hope they find this young guy they are looking for, or the new site will probably become as bad as the last one.
