This was the next para in the article. Wonder if they are referring to this?

What this man said. When I was living in Wales there was always a good deal of banter between the Welsh and English at uni but there was the occasional fool who would take it too far, especially during rugby days, but nothing too serious. However, Bellamy is an absolute scrote who should not be in a position of authority.

It’s just simple sledging, I played rugby at town youth level and heard much worse. The professional game doesn’t really have room for it anymore.
