The Villa win meant that we confirmed our promotion spot, a win against Palace will mean we've won the Championship title.

We won the away game against Palace 0-5. Palace are tenth (of eleven teams) in the division, with 10 points to our 45, and scored 13 goals to our 81. So, it's fair to say that Casey Stoney and the players will be upset if we don't win tomorrow. No such thing as a dead cert, but I do have the champagne on ice (though to be fair I've got friends round for a barbecue in the afternoon).

MUTV continue to do their job - the match is being broadcast live by them, coverage starts at 11:30.

Great that MUTV have covered as much as they have for a championship season.

Fantastic season that will hopefully see us rewarded as champions tomorrow.

I’m proud of every one of the girls and they have represented the club in the right way.

Yes, I've been pleased about that. They said they'd do, "highlights and some games," at the start of the season. As the year has gone on it's become more or less all the home games, and they've even done some aways.

WSL1 does have broadcasters (BBC and BT have some games) and the FA put some games on the WSL Facebook page. I'm hoping that MUTV will carry on picking up the other matches.

Personally I think the men's first team should form a guard of honour for the women's team before the last game of the season.

Apart from a few minutes after James scored, when it looked like we lost our drive/concentration a little, a very professional game from us. Confident defending, and a lot of control in midfield.

Nice early goal in the second half. Initially thought the keeper messed it up, but looks like a deflection in the end

And now the hard work begins! What a brilliant first season for the team, good atmosphere today as well. Really looking forward to next season now to see how we compare with the top teams.
