Ofcourse it does. We”ve appointed 2 managers who weren’t/aren’t good enough to manage this club(Moyes And Solksjaer)...And we appointed 2 managers who were clearly on the decline and whose philosophy was fundamentally different to what this club is all about.

The challenge is to find a manager who has the self confidence and the managerial skill of an LVG/Mourinho,but also someone’s who’s in his prime and is committed to attacking football....Not easy to find someone like this right now,but winning trophies at the highest level has never been easy....

I've just seen a team with Origi and Shaqiri in their front 3 smash Barcelona 4-0. So yeah I think it does.

Yeah I'm with you on that and I hope you're right. Finding it difficult though to accept we will have to wait x number of years bla bla bla before we can even think of challenging at top level again. There's no one more than me who would like to see us fighting for the top prizes already next year. People saying impossible with our present regime and until that is changed my conclusion is that whoever the manager is is becoming more and more irrelevant.

With the likes of Milner and Henderson behind them. And a signing from Southampton on the wing that was derided on here when we were heavily linked to him.

Ok if what you're saying is correct then that person must be found. Simple as that!

Obertans #1 fan.
There’s so much more to a club than just the manager’s tactics though. Liverpool fully bought into Klopp, give him time to get it wrong but fully supported him.

We should never have got Mourinho. Our fan base were begging for him, Liverpool fans knew he was a toxic twat.

Getting the right manager is the most important thing! If we had got Pep or Klopp right after Fergie retired, we wouldn't be in this mess.

I sincerely hope it works for Ole at United. But if it doesn't, then we should look at a up and coming manager who is showing world class potential.
