I'm getting sick and tired of fans complaining about Ole without suggesting what's better for us going forward. This thread is an opportunity to see if fans really know what is better for us or are just complaining because things aren't going well.

By now the majority of United fans do not think that Ole's the right mean to lead us forward (regardless of the issues above him). Regardless of the kind of criticisms he faces, most feel that he will fail with us.

If he is not the right man for us, then who is? Who is currently available and attainable (i.e. no Poch, Klopp, Pep, Zidane, Favre, etc.)? Who not only has the managerial pedigree but also has an entertaining style of football for you?

What's in the past is in the past, so don't say things like, "We should have gotten Poch/Klopp/Pep!" Let's look forward and see who would be potentially better managers than Ole at this time.

I'm someone who's willing to give Ole a chance, but if I were forced to make a pick, I'd go for Laurent Blanc. He had great campaigns with Bordeaux and made them into a solid French side. His Bordeaux not only did well in the league but also did well in Europe, going undefeated and topping a group consisting of Juventus and CL finalists Bayern Munich. He also has top-level pedigree with PSG even though they ultimately didn't do well enough in the CL. He also has history with the club having spent some time with us, so it's not like he completely unfamiliar with the club.

Anyways, what's your pick?

feck the entertaining bollocks. You have good players you play good football. I dont care who the manager is if the structure of the club is not fixed.

You’re asking “if not Ole, then who?” as if there aren’t a multitude of managers better equipped than him.

Steve Bruce would have been a better appointment than Ole ffs.

Doesn't matter at this point. While Woodward is in charge with no other structure any manager will be wasted here. I'm just hoping solskjaer completes the clear out and leaves the dressing room and culture in a better place. The division in this team were evident for 2 months - a few bad eggs can split an entire squad. Get rid and we have hope of at least achieving a squad that plays for one another

This is the sort of thread that undermines our every manager post SAF.

It started with a whisper, turns into critiques, turn into "a serious look at pochetinno", turns into "we should have hired pochetinno"

Give our manager proper support, stop making threads like this, it only undermines our manager and fuels the media.

I'm tired of this crap. Anyone with decent credentials really. It's not like we aren't spoiled with choice. Ole has zero experience at top level and hasn't proven anything worth of note here as well.

We could go get Big Ron as a transition to Pep's son after he completes his A Levels.
