I think I read somewhere that they basically watch super cuts of all the actions a player is involved during a couple of games. If they think they see something in the player they will probably start watching them personally or send someone there who will track only the specific player with a camera for the entire game to better judge the player's behavior when he is not involved in any immediate action.
Oh yeah and I also want us to sign this lad. I don't know if he will be a world beater, probably not, but he looks hell of a lot better than jLingz and old lady Mata.

Big clubs seem to be calling smaller clubs bluffs on the outrageous fees. Its framed as mid table clubs not having to sell but its also mid table sides not getting what they asked for.
