You cannnot see anyone more qualified to manage Man Utd than Ole? Was that also your opinon when Mourinho was sacked?
I don't think Mourinho should ever have been sacked.

Yes, there are some better candidates out there, but none offer much more certainty than OGS right now. The re build will take a while to complete. I don't see the need for knee jerk reactions at manager level.

Why do you need fans who think differently to you have to change their mind? Its not as though that will get OGS sacked any sooner!

He's not going anywhere til at least the summer. Just accept it.
The more public pressure builds up on Ole, the less choice Ed will have to keep Ole in the job.

We need a head coach who knows how to, you know, coach a team.
This. I still cannot believe that our current Manager relegated Cardiff. We joke about Moyes, but would any of the top 6 Clubs in England, never mind Europe, hire Ole?

Martial's hold up play was good. But, was asked to hold the ball longer than needed due to lack of support. Probably why he looked crap. Not sure why our midfield sits back when were trying to go forward. If we had a few runners through the middle, the work Martial does would be a lot more effective.

Either way, what is about Wolves that we just struggle against them? Hope we dont see them in Europe.

We had chances to win it but as usual, fluffed our lines. This team just doesn't have goals in it. Thats why Ole was so desperate to bring in proven goalscorers. Its a shame we weren't able to get Haaland due to that release clause. Right thing to do, but at least we got Bruno, albeit we were forced to play him too deep because of injury/suspensions to our midfielders.

One thing is for certain. We can't afford to be missing our best players. Not even one of them. Pogba. Rashford. Mctominay. Maguire (and maybe Bruno and AWB) are indispensible. We just don't have the depth or quality in the squad to replace them without a MAJOR drop off in performances.

Ole has been really unlucky with injuries this season. Almost no other side has experienced losing their best player for much of the season, let alone 2 or 3 of them.

Stop talking utter bullshit. Cardiff was a shambles of a team. It wasn't Ole's fault they got relegated, and to keep bringing it up to attack Ole is pathetic.

No other team in the EPL would, probably also the Championship.

I don't think we even tested their keeper, we are so poorly coached when it comes to breaking down a team that is well structured defensively. I thought Maguire, AWB and Fred were decent and Mata was the best of the attackers, not sure why he was taken off.

Anybody expecting anything better than what we got with Mata Pierera and Pames in the same team is deluded. There is absaloutely no team that can carry three passengers like that. They contribute nothing.

We desperately need to get a player like Sancho in, would be more than happy with Zaha even.

None of the top 20 would. What about Leeds, West Brom, Derby etc? Absolutely they wouldn’t.

I think we will make a move in the summer. Sancho is the obvious answer to finally balancing out the team with a proper winger.

A better coach can extract more out of this lot. The ole ins brainwashed majority of us that the squad need quality. We do but we are better than this.
Andreas and Janes are very average players that would struggle to get into relegation threatened teams...that is our problem

There isn't a hope in hell he'd join us.
Not sure why you think that?

We've been able to sign plenty of players in the transfer market so far. Haaland was the outlier, but that was more due to his agent and the insistence of a release clause.

I think we have the most obvious gap in RW for Sancho to immediately step in and become a global superstar. Not to mention being only a handful of teams that can afford his transfer fee and likely high wages.

1. we aren't very good.

2. we won't be in the Champions League.

3. teams who are both very good, AND in the Champions League will want to sign him.

4. what top player in the world wants to play for Ole Gunnar Solskjær?

We can offer great wages. That's about it.

These are all things that have occurred over a period of 6-7 years. Yet we still are able to sign some pretty top tier players.

I think if Sancho wants to return to Manchester and play for the biggest club in the world, then we stand a good shot.

If he wants to play in Spain then obviously we will lose out, but I haven't heard much about barca or real madrid wanting him. They seem to be looking at mbappe, neymar and even salah.

I think it will come down to who is actually willing to spend 80-100m. Not alot of clubs can and will.

We need to stop worrying about Liverpool or anyone else for that matter, we need to start worrying about Ole, Mckenna, and Carrick and asking how the hell they have been chosen to bring the club forward. The club will never go forwar d with Ole as manager, simply because he is not good enough has no tactical knowledge, and knows even less in judging a match and seeing what needs to be done to change a game.

Making a double sub at 87th minute says a lot.

The man is inept.
What’s even worse is that they didn’t seem to get sent out to warm up in the minutes before. Almost like Ole didn’t realise the time...

Pros

Shaw actually looks alright defensively and is certainly fit

AWB can still tackle

Fred and Bruno look like they’re on the same page

Defence looked comfortable for the most part

Cons

Perreira, Mata, James and Martial were just woeful, again

AWB and Shaw can’t attack. Even when they do, none of our forward players seem to have the sense to attack the box... over and over again.

Lingard was allowed on the pitch.

Shaw was my man of the match today. Stopped everything and was solid going forwards. Not afraid to get stuck into Traore, who basically ragdolled Fred at least 2-3 times.

I think Ole has a good understanding of tactics. But you can't do that much with James and Pereira.

I think I watched a different game because I thought we had control and played well, albeit a bit slow at times. Wolves are very good at defending and we lack quality in attack.

I watched the match without being on here. A lot of you frot yourselves senseless on your misery. Team looked better with Fernandes, with Matic in and him at 10 this would have been a win, Martial appalling, 10 position appalling, Mata past it, James a squad player, everything else looking good.

Yeh. Rashford is the only one who is physically up to the battle, but he's alone thus he's targeted that result in injuries. Others are just weak and coward.

That's why I'm pretty happy we get a physical striker in Ighalo, as he certainly helps our weak attackers.
Pogba and Matic are good at holding the ball in a physical battle too. I think we definitely missed Matic today, as he has been pretty good lately.

I am out of the loop here but wasn't Sancho from City? Why would he come to us instead of going back to City?
