Who’s that middle fella? Bruno, then Rashford, then Scott McT.
Although Fred staking a claim here at the minute.

This season it's been Fred. Specially after the first couple of months. If fit, I'd give it to Rashford who was sublime.
Bruno has been fantastic though in the few games he's played in.
Pogba doesn't and shouldn't count

Pogba is our best player.

The best player for the team is Bruno.

We HAVE to find a way of fitting Pogba in with Bruno.

Both are too good to leave out.

Feck it just play Pogba on the left and bench Martial if need be!!

Rashford in my view. I think mctominay is growing into a giant too. Bruno right now the best.

Pogba is the best footballer at the club but you can't be the best player if you don't play.

We’ve got to try and fit in Pogba, Fred, Fernandez, McT, Rashford/Greenwood and Martial when all are fit. (Or Greenwood this season).
We have to try a diamond out, especially with the ability for Greenwood and Martial to pull outwide.

Entirely agree with you on the diamond. But I do not think either Fred of Scott are holding midfield players. In midfield Fred, Pogba, Scott and Bruno with Martial and Odion up front.

Just because McT doesn’t score goals, do not undermine his contribution to the team.
It really comes down who do we miss the most if he is not playing. Rashford really is no1, then Bruno then McT.

Think we need to see them all in the same team to fully know who's the best, as all of Pogba, Rashford and Bruno haven't been able to "compete against each other.

Really loving the way we play with Bruno though, you can tell when he gets subbed on/off the difference he makes.

  1. Motivated Pogba
  2. Bruno
  3. Rashford or Fred in the current form

Pogba....it’s been great seeing Bruno play though, great awareness. Closest to Scholes I’ve seen since...Scholes.

Get Pogba to stay and play with Bruno and we are in business

I can’t believe how many people are saying Pogba. Apart from a good game a few years back against Man City, when was he our best player?
What makes him our best player?
Bruno has been the best player on the pitch 3 games in a row and look how everyone else has reacted.
In my opinion:
It’s Bruno, Rashford, Martial, McT, Maguire, Wan, Fred (never thought I’d include him) in that order.
Personally if we get what we pay for Pogba I’d be over the moon. The guy doesn’t want to be here. Bruno is playing like he’s proud of his move to Man Utd and sees it as a step up.

Pogba, Rashford, Bruno in that order for now (although if we're talking about players at their absolute best De Gea wipes the floor with all 3). Fred has been immense and deserves a very honourable mention.

First time in years we've actually had enough good players to have this debate

I don't really know. What I will say is that we need more at that level.

City have about 7/8 players to discuss, as do Liverpool.

Hopefully, next season we can put more players into this discussion.

To be fair, Pogba was immense in his first three games too (under Mourinho and Ole), but long may it continue for Bruno.

It’s Bruno for me, already. Fred has been incredible this season too though. Easily our most improved player of the year and should get POTY at the club . Mad isn’t it what a good positive signing can do. Bruno is making our attack look much more dangerous. Nobody is looking forward to playing us anymore. That’s all we can hope for given how badly we’ve started the season. Bring the fear factor back, play some nice stuff. Get into the CL and keep buying players with the right mentality. We need graft and guile. Big time Charlie’s can stay where they are. This is the way forward. Only Players with a major desire to play for us and who don’t look like they’ve already peaked elsewhere from now on

I know this thread is designed so we can all overreact on how good Bruno's performances have been, but its clearly Pogba. Not even close.

This season:
1) Fred
2) Rashford
3) Martial

In general:
1) Pogba
2) Martial
3) Rashford

Bruno is a monster but too soon to put him in this selection.
