You've got to say this is quite conclusive @starman. Especially considering he's just quoted your own named source, and he's obviously saying 70M PLUS add-ons
Trust me, don't let him drag you into this. He's completely immune to facts and evidence. Save yourself the nerves.

It doesn't sit right with me judging a player on their form in an international game. The setup is different. It's not really as simple as that.

But if we are honest, every player was pretty bad today. It’s the typical England disjointed performance.

We all know Kane, Sterling, Foden have more ability than they showed today. But everyone is giving Sancho a hard time rather than looking at the circumstances.

My frustration is just with the knee jerk reactions by a lot of members here. I am a football fan and watch a lot of football outside of Utd. I've watched quite a lot of Dortmund games simply because of my interest in Sancho. I've seen enough of him to know he can be a super star for us and that is no exaggeration. What we saw today was nowhere near his usual performance.

Playing against an international team who literally play the whole team behind the ball is incredibly difficult to break down with very little space to operate. A true assessment of a player is over at least a season. Sancho has been doing this for 3 seasons now.
I’m just winding you and others up! Suspect the others are too.

But a world class performance from Sancho today wouldn’t have harmed this transfer saga and made the fans even more insistent that the transfer happens. He failed in that.

Mkhitaryan had similar if not better numbers before we bought him.

His figures were nothing like Sancho's numbers. These blazey comments that are just made up need to stop.

Mkhi - 90 app 23 goals 36 assists = 0.65 goals/assist per game
Sancho - 78 app 30 goals 38 assists = 0.87 goals/assists per game

England were negative apart from Sterling and Sancho. The midfield was static and unadventurous. Not sure how much an impact Sancho was expected to make given the likes of Dier and Rice, with Ward Prowse being equally crap

The bigger doubts and questions should be on England. England have not had a player for years who has replicated they're club form at international level. They all look a level below when they play for England even though at club level they are performing at the highest level and latter stages of the biggest competitions.

I only watched the first 30 minutes and he was comfortably the best player on the pitch. So comfortable on the ball and set up an absolute sitter for Rice. What did he do wrong in the remaining 40 minutes he was on to make him a useless waste of money!?
It's because he didn't score 5 goals and assist 7.

No he wasn't even close to those numbers. And he was an established star in Bundesliga - not a youngster.

Mkhitaryan for instance scored 23 goals in 3 season for Bundesliga for Dortmund. Sancho scored 29 in his first 2 full seasons

Rule Brittania. Happy now?
feck Yeah. Now you get about working on that offer for Sancho. Maybe we could offer Dortmund fifty quid and a biscuit on account of him not banging in 15 goals against Iceland.

I'd bring them up even if we were discussing fish'n'chips because your "debating" style is identical to those train wrecks of politicians.
I really hope for your sake you are not as much of a self-righteous twat in real-life as online...

You’ll be the first to remind everybody that it isn’t the players fault for his fee when he plays crap for us?
You’ll be the first to call him a shit signing because of a bad game.

Some people on here really moaning because he had a bad game in that shower of shit set up?

feck me.

The actual state of the past few pages of this thread... :houllier: Again, as is increasingly common these days, some people around these parts need a break from the internet.

Ah, to be a jobless thirty year old again, waking up at 3 pm with a bag of chips and a coca cola as breakfast whilst refreshing the ‘big transfer saga thread of the year X’ on the caf for the rest of the day in camping gear. Threw quite a few imaginary Chanel bags around in these heartwarming catfights too.

Mkhitaryan had a lot more goals and assists in Europe and the cups. Why take just Bubdesliga?

Just saying - “just look at the numbers” is not foolproof.

So where is ''Ornstein'' in there you liar?

You choose Telegraph, Talksport & The Sun over BBC & Ornstein. :houllier:
You do realise hes work for the athletic and the BBC, both reporting the same news
You have literally taken the BBC article and changed " including" to "and" as your interpretation and you have the nerve to call me a lair when you are making up your own stuff :houllier:

A little bit anonymous and without any world class moments. His movements didn’t impress me and when I compared him to Mason Greenwood it was hard to see in this match who was the better player. Iceland set up their team just like the bottom half of the PL so that’s worrying.

I perfectly understand those who’re skeptical about his price tag when significant less amount gives us Upamecano and for example Partey.

I’m off course a fanboy of Jadon and I remember the Eden Hazard fiasco so maybe it’s better to trust Ole and his team about whats best.

No it's not. It's just saying the fee has addons. 62m plus 8m add-ons is what's is widely being reported
It does not matter what the stupid media report, the german club itself reported he was sold on their terms, ie initial price and add ons. He was sold for 100m euros including addons.

Dude, I don't mean to throw you under the bus here but the deeper you go into the argument, the weaker your argument is getting.

Lets base it off overall appearances in that case.

Mkhi - 140 app 41 goals 49 assists = 0.64 goals/assists per game
Sancho - 99 app 34 goals 43 assists = 0.77 goals/assists per game

Sancho's return is still over 20% more per game than Mkhitaryan. So no they don't have similar numbers.

Numbers aside, you just have to watch the performances of both when at Dortmund to realise the difference in quality. Not really an argument to be had here.

Let me tell you few things you clearly need to know because your lack of knowledge.

One, he left BBC last year and now working for Athletic, two difference sources and reliable ones are saying 70m plus add ons. You clearly are lying when you mentioned 62m plus 8m adds on was reported by Ornstein, where? :houllier:

Two, including and plus are same shit. (So stop being in denial about it)

Three, stop wasting other people time trying to argue and defending yourself being wrong about Havertz fees in Sancho's thread. BBC & Ornstein from Athletic have confirmed that you are wrong, that's it end discussion.

Your effort is commendable but it's clear this fool can't be corrected in his own mind.

Idiots because they use actual full game evidence (as opposed to favourable YouTube edits) to form an opinion?
Kane was average, Sterling was average, Kyle walker played like a pub player, Eric Dier was rubbish....

Let's not sign those players. They're rubbish vs Iceland.

Cautioning you for breaking the rules, as it is their role to do so, wow such a power trip.
The standard of this forum has dropped massively for the last 6 years, and has become highly sanitised. It's literally parallel to United's own decline..

Yeah right. Idiots because they watch one or two entire matches, discount everything they didn't manage to see and make definitive statements based on that tiny sample size, ignoring all context.

We've all seen them. They're the ones calling Kane a busted flush days before he embarks on a scoring streak and calling Mbappe overrated because he was ineffective against a great Bayern team. They're so predictable.
