We need to tell our players to roll around more often. That's the only way forward.

People can feck off with the Ole bashing. Ole didn't get the red card, pass the ball from Bailly to Matic in front of the box. Ole didn't leave Son unmarked in the box. Ole didn't switch off at the free kick for Son. The players were shocking. Woodward has a feckin cheek sitting there like it's not the fault of him and his feckin parasites. Despairing.
You're right but Ole still needs to go.

I know Ed and the whole board are utter dicks and completely incompetent but man I wish Ole would go as well. He's just nowhere good enough.
We can't keep hiring and sacking managers. We need a director of football and need to back Ole in the market.

LB, CB, RW and CF needed!!

Martial just lost his head and I can't blame him too much.

Imagine a great start and a goal only for the morons at the back to gift two in the space of a few minutes. I'd be livid too and probably lost it as well if someone wound me up.

Tottenham looked like scoring every time they went forward.

Matic - Pogba is a disastrous midfield, Maguire is a moron, Baily too, Shaw is lazy and Ole, by the looks of it, is clueless.

I've always been a firm Ole in up to now but if Maguire starts the next game, so help me!

I really hope he tells it as it is in the post-match. There's no sugar coating this game in any shape or form.

    Fecking weekend ruined!

Given that I haven’t seen us play this badly by every single metric under Ole’s management, I’m not sure whether there’s much you can take from this. It reminds me of that fecking awful mullering we got off city under Fergie. Everything that could have gone wrong has, then we’ve compounded that with individual bad performance and decisions.

But he’s not able to get the best out of them is he? They obviously don’t care how he’ll react either. He’s not making the mistakes but he’s not coaching it out of them either.

Something has been really wrong with our defence this season. 3 against palace, 2 against Brighton ( which could have been 6) and 4 against spurs now. Our attacking players have been fine for the most part, they make the right passes and runs, but we have found it difficult deal with the counter and defend in total. This did not happen last season. Something is really off defensively. I don't want to believe that our entire backline came back completely unfit. The way the gaps are popping up on the flanks seems systematic. However, the goals we have conceded have come from weak defending and individual errors for the most part. It's concerning.
I don't know what the main issue is eaither (it's too easy to just blanket blame fitness or coaching or whatever), but last season, despite not conceding many goals at all, I never felt comfortable watching us. It always came across as rickety. Maybe we were just lucky last year?

This is a game where nothings gone right, but even then there are certain players on the pitch where I wonder if they're actually all the bothered.

Looking at Pogba in particular. Yes he's had a serious illness, but he's just strolling around the pitch and giving away the ball. Either he's not right to play due to a lack of fitness, which in that case Solksjaer shouldn't be selecting him. Or he's just not arsed.

The stupid thing is that we could have had Gabriel but no.... Woody knows best
Has he been that good at Arsenal for it to be a regret?

Regardless of how bad our lot have been. I've only seen one game he's played and it was an ok performance.

Maguire was comical in all the goals, we shouldn't avoid some things anymore. And he's always been shaky too, not just this season. The fact he is captain is even beyond words. People use last years defensive stats as support for Maguire and Lindelof, but completely ignore the pressing from the front that made it very difficult for teams to have a proper go at us. In my view our overall team defense from last season covered our weak CBs intead of them being any good at defending.

Bailly will be scapegoated as always, and Pogba as well. But having such slow and lumbering players like Maguire and Matic, especially against teams that can get at you with pace, will always be recipe for disaster.
    Absolutely.
I really don't know the criteria used to buy players. It was so obvious Maguire was not who was needed and everyone could see Matic on his last legs. We need an objective person in charge of transfers.

Not the point though! Lack of discipline by TM has cost us.
    It was only 2-1 FFS!
You shouldn't be incentivizing a player to go down though. Martial should have fallen down after Lamela hit him. Is that what we want to encourage? Why can't a ref look at that and seem that Lamela is the instigator? The punishment should be nothing or possibly a yellow for both. Grown men should be able to be talked to. Nobody got hurt.

3 changes at Half time, might as well, put Mctomminay as CB play with 3 Bially and Maguire. Put V Beek on and Mata take off pogba, and Matic. And Rahford , play M Greenwood up front. Feck it lose by 10 who cares any more. Football's gone for me, VAR fecking useless Handball rule fecking mess, Man Utd same. Champions league all about putting money in Glazers pockets.

It's alright say back Ole, I get that, but it is no good if he is not a good coach. You will just have an even more expensive mess of a team.
We’ve backed Ole because we like him not because he’s ever proved to be a good coach. Let’s be honest

I support Ole, but my sticking point with him is if he keeps playing Pogba. The defence might not be great, but you can't keep then playing a luxury player in a position that is supposed to make a big contribution to protect the back.
People say Pogba would be great for Liverpool, no he simply won't get into the team

Not a chance. We have decent talent, but we lack players with the kind of character needed to overcome a side like Tottenham, who on paper shouldn’t be a side capable of dominating us.
We overcame Spurs last season comfortably.

    What's gone wrong since?

Shocking that VAR chose to impact the game in that way. Cant see how that's penalising only one team. Utter crap.

Anyway - doesn't excuse the disaster performance

He's the one who keeps playing an unfit Pogba because he has no balls to drop him just like he had no balls to drop De Gea last year and the year before.

    Gee thanks. You sound nice.

Sancho isn't the solution. Sacking Ole isn't the solutiion. Sacking Ed isn't even the solution.

The only solution is when the moron fanbase stops eating sh1t for a living, gets red pilled and stops giving money to the Glazers.
I sound nice because I didn’t find your unfunny attempted humour funny. Ok

you got a smilie off someone so all good I suppose

That was an absolute shitshow to put it lightly. It feels like an age ago when I was hyped at getting a penalty so early to feck Mourinho off a bit.

And then the rest of the half came. There's not even point in going into it in detail at the minute. But the defense was shocking. VAR decision shocking, minimum Lamela needs to be off too as I accept that you can't touch someone's face like Martial. Also Lamela's reaction, fecking hell. What a poor excuse for a man.

Isn't it Ole's job to ensure they don't do this? There is more than enough blame to go around.

This is true. Can't believe how Lamela collapsed like a rag doll. Cheat is the right word for it. Doesn't excuse our poor performance but it is galling to see the officials fail to make the right call yet again.

I’m at work so haven’t been able to see this massacre, can a level headed person tell me what’s happened?
The level headed answer is that it's a shit show everything has been bad from top to finish. I'm not joking or exaggerating.
