Is it time to bring in Rashford? I will probably wait one week.
Then sell Robertson and James to bring him in vs Everton and Pickford.

Rashford as a midfielder is just very good value being in form. He can do what sterling does for less money.

Martial in for Kane might be a strong move too once the fixtures turn for Spurs.

So brave. United's form is hard to read. Bruno tend to be more reliable with the penalty duty but more costly than Rash.

De Bruyne is properly back so I think City's form and Sterling's will start improving.

I think it's wise to look at 1-2 more games before deciding. Up to you.

I think I’ll ignore United and their players for this week before looking at them and city as they hit a period of potentially easier fixtures.

Tempted to roll my free transfer over for this week and bring two new in next week with £2.5m already in the bank

:( Same. I want to put in at least one United player either Bruno/Rash, alas. Hopefully we will start hitting consistent run of good winning form.

Cheers good finance management there. Managing finances is the trickiest part of this game for me - keeping plenty of surplus ready.
Having planned and ready surplus helps a lot - easy quick changes without the need to worry about the cost penalties if you're forced to make two or more transfers per week.

Robertson and Grealish to Castagne and Rashford (I got money in the bank to cover the difference). Yay or nay? I'd run team of:

Martinez Nyland
Chilwell Castagne Chilwell Bellerin Coady
Salah Bruno Rashford Son Rodriguez
DCL Antonio Brewster

I'm holding off on United players until our tough run of fixtures are over and to ensure we have actually turned the corner. But if you are going to gamble, Rashford and Bruno are the ones to get, though Rahsford will be great value at that price point.

Can’t decide between Rashford, Bruno and KDB. Currently have KDB.

We’re finding form and Sheff United aren’t easy to play against. But you just know KDB is gonna boot off finding his form with a haul

I don’t have two Chilwells, the other one is Cresswell.

Liverpool are looking ropey and their players have become slightly overpriced. unless they go back to thumping teams soon it might be time to spread the salah money to upgrade Grealish and Zaha with Utd and City players once our fixtures get easier.
this is kind of my thought.

One more game week and then 2 FTs next week plus the £2.5m in the bank.

Thinking maybe Salah and Jorginho out for Bruno and one other

I have to pick one defender less than 5.3M, as I am planning to get rid of Justin.
Zouma vs Kilman Vs Creswell vs Saiss

Any suggestions?

Zouma's next three games are gold - BUR, NEW, SHU. They haven't conceded a goal with Mendy in goal too, but fixtures turn after those three.

Cresswell's the long term pick. Excellent fixtures till GW23, on set-pieces, and West Ham have the best defensive stats, so far. You'd need to ride it out this gameweek though.

Saiss and Kilman's got a good fixture for the week, and Wolves passes the eye test in defence. There's questions over who's got the place though with Marcal back, and Wolves in need of some attacking impetus. Both may very well keep their places, but I feel the Wolves ship has sailed.

Hope these helps. My pick would be Cresswell long term, Zouma short term.

Judging by Zaha's return I should have swapped out Rodriguez for him last week after all.

Rodriguez still seems to be carrying a knock. I might swap them out for the following week.

Liverpool have been shit but Salah hasn't. If you want to drop them, drop the defenders as you're relying on attacking returns with them.

Kane Vs Salah Vs DCL Vs Zaha for captaincy.
I always go premium for captains. Kane probably.

Still no clue what to do with either or both of my FTs:

Martinez
TAA Robbo Saiss
Mane Son Foden Podence
Kane Jimmy DCL

Forster, Konsa Mitchell Stephens 0.1 ITB

First XI and Konsa all with good fixtures. Want Antonio for GW8 but not yet. Selling TAA for Chilwell this week feels like a negative move; timing would be perfect next week. Too early to do Mane for City players for GW10. I'd do Mitchell to Kilman, but already have three Wolves.

I may just end up doing Stephens to a playing 4.5 or below mid, if I am still that uncertain tomorrow. The other possibility is Podence to Soucek, playing Konsa this week.

Why? Chilwell's playing Burnley, you have Robertson too, and Liverpool are short at the back.

Think you need to get rid of Podence. Barely gets to play 60 mins per game, Wolves create very little, and their fixtures are about to get trickier. I'd do TAA to Chiwell, and Podence to to a >7.0m midfielder.

So Spurs could not score with Son and Kane in the europa. Is the form going to end now or do we expect them to be extra up for the next league game?

It is tricky to pick Kane or Salah as captain. I have had it on Kane all week, but Salah gets the extra points for goal. Maybe should go Son, but just feel Kane is better overall as a player.

Sticking with Watkins home to Southampton (having Grealish & Villa keeper too), or switching to Bamford is my quandry this week.
v Leicester, so a harder game, but Villa don't look too goaly, outside of that Liverpool game.

Thoughts?

Doing nothing so keeping 2 transfers is attractive, as could give TAA one last home banker opportunity, and if no joy, downgrade him and put either Grealish or Rodriguez up to Bruno as United's harder fixtures ease off, the other side of Everton away.

Although they still haven't sorted City & our double game weeks yet.

Exact same issue. Tempted to leave Watkins as the plan had been to move him for Antonio next week anyway. I must have a near identical team as I was also considering upgrading Grealish/Rodriguez, in my case was thinking to Rashford

How is everyone thinking about Harry Kane? Keeping him for the City game or not?
I feel it is the perfect time to go with City or United attackers instead and put money in midfield if you don't want Werner/ Martial/Aguero.

Thinking Sterling myself, but Rashford is super tempting of course. Just think Pep will get them going in attack now eventually.

I really want to use my free transfer on defenders, but feel like getting the right premium could reward me with more.

On average I think TAA outscores Chilwell this weekend.

I see Antonio has been ruled out for 4 weeks apparently. Back to the drawing board, might be no ignoring Hatrick Bamford.
This getting firmed up would be very useful, as I can then forget about Antonio for GW8 and work out what else I want to do before a potential City triple up in GW10.

Earlier on today, the talk was that he's fit to face Liverpool this weekend!

Mitchell at Palace 50/50 so possibly no cover for Castagne. Might have to take another hit or roll with it.

Ah crap. I never do my transfers early. Naturally, I went Digne to Castagne early doors.
