To be fair they had an easier route than Ireland. The qualification process guaranteed that one team from League D of the Nations League (the worst one) would make it and it was them. Ireland had a better record in the qualifiers themselves and then had to play better teams in the playoffs, up against other teams from League B.

Besides Pandev who you probably know, we have Alioski from Leeds, Bardhi who plays for Levante, our keeper plays in Spain's second division for Rayo, Nestorovski plays for Udinese and Elmas for Napoli, Ademi for Dinamo Zagreb. We have a solid group imo.
Can't believe forgot Bardhi, really enjoy watching him play in Spain, hits a nice free kick. Think he's been injured this season as he hasn't played for Macedonia for a while.
Bardhi is great, our best player on his day and he was great against Kosovo. He was injured for the match yesterday but he will be vital for our team come next summer. Ademi played with pain injection yesterday in order to help and lasted 60 minutes, he alongside Bardhi and Nikolov consist our 3 men midfield.
