Y'all better be happy, don't wanna hear no moaning after that. Great game of end to end attacking football. Thoroughly enjoyable... More please Ole.

The poor defending and finishing needs to be looked at and fixed, it'll cpst us in games going forward.

With that said let's not be sourpusses, that was a superb spectacle with shots flying around left, right and centre. McTominay set the tone with two goals and a very confident performance with the ball at his feet. Rashford, Fred and James worked their balls off and I thought Martial did very well other than in front of goal. Just one of those crazy occasions we'll remember for some time, with Leeds playing their part in their first league game here in a good while, and I'm just so happy we were on the right side of it and looking very well-placed in the table now.

Great game for us. I felt we really should have gone for it after the break as it seemed we were happy to conserve energy and hit them on the break.

I just can’t figure us out. I was expecting a tough game today and then we do that! Tbh even at 4-1 up I was sure it would end 4-4! :D

Hopefully this is the start of good home form!

3 points above Arsenal who get slagged off constantly.

They play an exciting style but are they actually that good?

It's like a boxer who doesn't guard and just swings punches. This Leeds side could get found out by sides this season.

Up to 3rd with a game in hand....

not seen such an open game for years. Leeds are a very good attacking team but they played into our hands at time And we punished them Hard for naive defending.

Scott MCT wow what a game he had, why cant he do that more often, He was superb. Shame he pulled his groin at the end.he may miss a few games now.

Martial finally back to some form too.

Great entertainment..

Thoroughly entertaining game, mostly good from our side but also some negatives though today not worth talking about.

I really do hope we don't look back at these missed chances on the last day of the season!

Entertaining!

Well, hopefully, people stop talking nonsense as in 2 DMs mean we will set up as defensive all the time.

Almost all top teams set up 4 2 3 1 for a reason. But, only in CAF, it is such unfavored boring defensive set up.

You can set up defensively with 2 4 4 as well.

Take a bow the guys who have had so much stick, Fred, James and Mctominay. Oh and also Ole for getting tactics spot on.

It's 6-2 and the match is finished, but you can't count Bielsa's Leeds out just yet, they still might make it 6-6!

Scott played AMAZING today. DDG made some big saves that kept us from conceding. By far the most entertaining game I have watched in a while. Feels amazing to be sitting 3rd at the table. Hopefully, we perform well on Boxing Day vs. Leicester and get up to 2nd in the table. I'm amazed that Dan James got a yellow for the "dive" for crying out loud the defender's arm was on his neck, but oh well. AWB looked good today seems like he's more confident than the UCL game 2 weeks ago. Overall, really impressed with the boys. Scotty definitely is the man of the match by far.

The commentary today was very weird. It took 92 mins and 44 seconds for Tyler to acknowledge a pretty ruthless performance from Manchester United.

Leeds might be good on the eye, but they were 3-0 after 20 minutes. A deserved spanking.

Phenomenal game!
Really enjoyed it even though our defence looked vulnerable at times. McT awesome performance & great goals all round.
Though I have to clap leeds, to be smashed like that they just kept going & never let their heads down.
Come on United just play football like this most of the times. Shout out for James too played well & of course without Rashford & Bruno who really do make this team with martial.

The polar opposite of the City game.

Only negative I can think of Martial fluffing his chances. If it was Cavani, I think Cavani would be taking the match ball home. At least he got 2 assists though.

Final score: 6-2

MOTM: Scotty Mac

Goal of the day: McT opener, what a thunderbolt, and accurate too.

Team of the day: Manchester United

Man of the day: Ole Gunnar Solskjær, how can I be Ole out now? OLE IN (for now )! Sensational from him and the lads.

Miss of the day: Martial and Harrison missed about a 100 chances in total, maybe give it to Harrison for that last minute sitter.

Well in lads, absolutely superb!

Brilliant game of football to watch, the fitness from both sides was great but we were devastating in the first half. McTom's best performance in a United shirt. Martial was excellent with his hold up play (not so much his finishing) and Rashford, Bruno and James slaughtered them.

As for Leeds, it has to be Bielsa's 'LVG vs Leicester' moment. Playing virtually no midfield whatsoever  It's weird I felt they were too nice (not something you associate with Leeds FC) at times and could have taken a few bookings to stop our counters. As the commentator said, if you beat their 5 men attacking press you've got the whole midfield to run through. Absolutely suicidal tactics against one of the best counter attacking teams you'll see.

Frankly, I think we can play 2 DMs here if we want. We need to win the ball when Leeds pour forward. If we do that well enough, our front 4 are more than enough to wreak havoc given how Leeds leave themselves horribly exposed. This is a game we could absolutely trash them without even dominating. Just by executing clinically. I hope they lose their heads gloriously like they love to and have a right good go!

Called it! From yesterday in the match thread. Just the kind of game I expected. Bonkers, beautiful stuff. Well done to both sides for giving us such a spectacle. Viva United! We're on a roll...
Well predicted!!

So brilliant to actually score the early goal for once!

Brilliant in places but still really lax with other finishing.

Not often you come away from scoring 6 where you know it should have been quite a few more.

That was a right laugh. I know a bunch of Leeds fans from school who are still dining out on that 0-1 FA Cup win 10 years ago, so this was rather good. Can't stand that lot.

We definitely should have had 8 or 9, without exaggeration. Some of our finishing was garbage. Rashford and Martial are so hesitant, they want a 2nd and 3rd touch after they've already set themselves up.

That Leeds team have a great attitude, but there's not a lot of quality in that side. Fortunately for them, there is probably 3 or 4 much worse teams in the league than them so they will probably survive.

Annoyed the hell out of me, we were dominating them in every way. Near the end do we get at least some credit. All we got from Neville was how frustrating and inconsistent we are, despite being on a seven match unbeaten run.

Fantastic performance overall. Blemishes for sure, but when you score 6 and feel like you really should have scored 12 it’s a great day at the office.

Bloody hell that was a mad game. Enjoyable but nerve wracking though.
I felt exactly the same. 4-0 up and I was anxious. They just never gave up.

Think if Bielsa saw someone not giving 100% he make them run back to Leeds!

Little or no defending in that match should have scored 10 goals could have conceded 4. Most important thing was finally getting a comfortable home win and very pleasing it was against Leeds.

Losing McTominay is the groin injury the biggest disappointment. Back to 3rd in table 1 point off 2nd with a game in hand and more than decent place to be on Christmas.
