Good that Lingard is being given a chance to show off his football. Else no team would want him.
Half the team is full of kids/young players.PE teacher insists with James and Lingard and doesn't give youth a chance, not even to be on the bench. Won't watch.
More a judgment of the quality of the 2nd string smart arseAye, it's almost as if there is a fixture pile up and there's a need to use the squad.
Mental really.
You should take his opinion with a pinch of salt.this is bollocks. VDB has yet to grab his opportunity - he didn’t do it yet. If he has a fabulous match today and manages to orchestrate the gameplay, then he will give Ole thoughts. But if he is invisible again ... so let’s see
Less cnuts like that watching the better I feel about our support in general tbf pal.
Good!
I wish he was but he has not always impressed me in all the u23 games.Isn’t Mejbri ready for the bench against a Championship opposition? Very upsetting if true
Ah I see you edited the originalI've talked about the Burnley game.
He might come on from the bench, later in the match.Thought Ighalo was going to get a game haha
Your wish fulfilled!

We're a top of the league premier league outfit.Sensible by Ole, fascinating for us to see if there will be any cohesion. Pretty humbling for VdB to know that this is what he’s been reduced to.
Hes got CovidDont like the team, weird selection. It is enough to go through, i am predicting a 1 0 or 2 1. This game would have been perfect for Pellistri to come off bench.
Agreed.Less cnuts like that watching the better I feel about our support in general tbf pal.
There are enough of them
Hows it weird? Experienced spine yet resting practically everyoneDont like the team, weird selection. It is enough to go through, i am predicting a 1 0 or 2 1. This game would have been perfect for Pellistri to come off bench.
He actually plays well against Championship sides, so he may play well today.Good that Lingard is being given a chance to show off his football. Else no team would want him.
He is....but if we fancy getting more than a packet of crisps we need to at least show he still can kick a ball surely? The only thing I can see what I cant understand is Lingard. I was hoping he was being showed the way out.
Don't watch it then you mug.PE teacher insists with James and Lingard and doesn't give youth a chance, not even to be on the bench. Won't watch.
Don't give up.PE teacher insists with James and Lingard and doesn't give youth a chance, not even to be on the bench. Won't watch.
Same here, want to see Mata as Bruno's backup.Hopefully Mata at 10 and not Jesse.
Yeah with Pellistri having Covid and Diallo only being here for 2 days, who else but James and Lingard were going to play?I’m not one to make a note of comments by individual members, but some of you crack me up.
Before the line up was announced everyone is asking for rotation and basically our second string to play.
When that does happen it’s all moaning about rotation and how our second string are playing. Maybe it’s just the ‘Ole Out’ brigade getting their comments in first ready for an ‘I told you so’ post match.
I for one however am looking forward to seeing how the team gets on. I’d say the back line and GK is very dependable with the full backs able to get forward and support the attack. Forward line at least has pace and Greenwood in his favoured position so that’s something to get excited about. Hopefully our two technical players in Mata and VdB will strike up a good relationship too.
The bleedin guy has to be a WUMPE teacher insists with James and Lingard and doesn't give youth a chance, not even to be on the bench. Won't watch.
Boom...loving a bit of this.Don't watch it then you mug.
Lingard is 28 but forever a young player i guessHalf the team is full of kids/young players.
Williams, Henderson, Greenwood, James, Tuanzebe and Lingard. What's the problem?

Doesn’t give youth a chance.... 6 out of the 11 starters are United academy graduate, and the captain tonight is also a United academy graduate.PE teacher insists with James and Lingard and doesn't give youth a chance, not even to be on the bench. Won't watch.
Like the joke, he'll never get old.Lingard is 28 but forever a young player i guess
That's my thought tbf...I'll agree with that.Maguire not starting is surprising, disappointed that Bailly is starting though as that means slow and slower will be starting against Burnley. I'm guessing Lingard at #10 and Mata RWF but i hope it's the other way around.
