Yea feck them, Robbie from AFTV came out in Flex defense after aswell. They really think they represent journalism, when you compare proper journalists with them, they are embarassment for the proffesion.wow I had no idea, amazing. I like to see the established cast of journalists getting their feathered ruffled honestly.
Also unlike those from what ever their channel`s name is now, Flex was going on away games in EL etc. Remember he was approached by Partizan Belgrade ultras, they "gave" him keys from their stand/stadium, so they could do preview on the pitch etc. In general i dont mind fan channels, they made a platform and then try to build it, clickbait or not, it requires to put some work into it, usually when i watch any of them, with some things i agree and with others i dont. I rather see fan cams channels around than not, it clear that media and TV companies give zero fecks for the fans etc. Also i like Mckola but Howson is next level obnoxious, few other things on side.
Mckola is the only one I can stand for a reasonable amount of time. Howson's grown on me slightly, but veers into thuggishness far to often. Also; if you're going to present yourself as the main man on a big fan channel, at least try and pronounce the manager's name near correctly. Yer man and his super hard clicky 'K' is like nails on a chalkboard every single time.
He is clueless about transfers. He was exposed by the Sancho saga where he infinitely maintained that he was coming. Clearly, he has no clue about what happens in the underbelly of United’s operations as well. At the end of the day, he’s just a fan like us who knows a thing or two about football, and can speak endlessly, and quite well. That is good for garnering YouTube views though.
I give his shows 6/10. He’s better than Rants, who can truly put people off watching the channel.

Rants is truly unbearable. The way he talks with his slang which amazingly seems like he's trying to talk like that, rather than it being natural. How people take him seriously ill never know, he sounds like he has an IQ of about 5.I give his shows 6/10. He’s better than Rants, who can truly put people off watching the channel.

5 is generous. Agree with the slang thing as well, at least Troopz sounds natural with his ‘blud’ and ‘fam’. Sounds far more educated than Rants too.
His pal Flex is alright though. Good guy based on what I’ve seen.

He's just another fan with another opinion. Nothing to get worked up about. He apparently has some type of connections to some of those transfer specialists but they aren't reliable so his reliance on them is also a bit much as the Sancho saga showed. Only the real internal people at United know who will or won't be signed at the end of the day, and even then, it's probably up to one or two people who may not even know themselves until they make the final decision. That's how most big and hard decisions go. He's a bit much at times but he's better than Flex who ends up laughing and talking nonsense half the time. But when Flex does keep to the point he's good.
I enjoy the show but Goldbridge can really drive me crazy sometimes. He is always moaning about people having an agenda yet he has the biggest agenda of them all and is constantly pushing his opinion as fact. And the worst part is, I am constantly reading people quoting him word for word and pretending it's their opinion. As an influencer he really does abuse his "power". Flex is great though. Has his opinions about different things but doesn't push an agenda on anyone. I also like Ricky. I don't agree with all the stuff he says, but I get where he's coming from. Beth just repeats whatever Mark says and if she wasn't pretty I doubt she would be on the show. I like Adam but he seems to be off the show now, and Said seems to be gone now too...
I don't watch, but have seen clips of Goldbridge and found him quite funny and entertaining. That was on the premise that he's playing a character. At least I hope he is.
As such if I started to watch I suppose I'd think it was all part of the character. Mind you I suppose things get blurry, where his own personality comes through too, and perhaps you think that's what is happening the times he talks about agenda/talks like his opinion is fact. There's always a bit of someone's real personality in every character they portray.
From the outside and my idea of what he's like, him being conceited and thinking his own opinions are great would fit in with how I see the character he is portraying. In my mind he's kind of supposed to be an annoying tosser who has forthright and bad opinions, and then you get to laugh at him when he's wrong as he makes excuses as to why he isn't actually wrong. Thought it was part of the show, hard to tell though I suppose.

Goldbridge is a bit annoying. Flex is a good straight man type & KG is very funny. Ricky is a character but he’d be a horribly boring manager. Guy wants Dan James to start every game & Bruno benched.
The only thing I like about the United stand is KG. I pretty much agree with everything he says.
I like Flex & McKola. I wish theyd replace Goldbridge and Howson respectively.

I don't think any of this is an act. "Mark Goldbridge" maybe a character as it's not his real name, but he is expressing his real opinion. I think he's just being stubborn in his thoughts about Bruno. I also don't think he wants him benched. He just doesn't want to give him the credit he deserves. But when Ricky says 4-4-2 he really means 4-2-3-1 and is usually saying Bruno in the #10. He just wants the wingers to help out more defensively and act more as wide midfielders than forwards. I get where he's coming from and I see why he likes James. He works his ass off. I don't get his obsession with Mata though. Against a low block Mata would be one of the first names on my team sheet. But those games are few and far between...

I only watch Goldbridge. Well I listen to him in the back ground when doing some work online. Some stuff that he says is quite good and he has humour. So i'll give him credit. If Beth comes on I'll have a letch at her

I occasionally listen to Goldbridge and Flex just to hear their views. I disagree with various things Goldbridge says but I don't think he's illogical in his approach - its good to hear other opinions.

Goldbridge is amusing and the shows are like a round-up of United stories each day, and I enjoy the Flex & KG show, KG has great energy and is very entertaining. Sophie talked a lot of sense but seems to have been replaced by Beth who isn't bad in giving a concise view on the game, Kev and Alex are ok as well. I'm glad Zander has seemingly bounced and I can only tolerate Ricky on the Sunday show, I stopped watching his post-match comments as neither Goldbridge or Flex ever call him out on the bullshit he spouts, he must have been orgasmic during Mourinho's time in charge.

We all want to play attacking football, but we also have to be solid at the back. In every big game Ole has got a result, he has played 2 DM's, so why is he going to change?
Also Pogba etc have plenty of the ball in big games, its why Bruno gave it away so much to begin with so blaming McFred for not supplying the attackers is ridiculous.

Exactly. Why did their attackers struggle? we had 2 players in there to cover spaces, hassle opponents.

I understand Donny might be okay defensively, but I can guarantee you that he will do half the job Fred / McTominay do getting in and around players, getting stuck in. We will lose games then say, the manager has no tactics.

Flex & KG is the best show on the channel. Light hearted, chilled & more banter than presenting opinion as fact, which Mark is guilty of.

I never watched them until the lockdown and I must say Goldbridge is actually not as bad as what most people said in here, he has sense of banter unlike the guys on FullTimeDevils. Apparently Declan Rice loves watching Goldbridge
Their live fan forum video which filled in with Flex & KG is also very entertaining, they also have sense of banter. If you like to listen bit of banter, it's a good United channel. I don't really listen to their fan cam post match since some of the people being interviewed were very biased and had agenda.

The worst part about Goldbridge is that he expresses his opinions as facts and then he abuses his "influencer role" by saying the same things over and over again. Next thing you know you have a bunch of United supporters repeating the same crap he spews. I absolutely hate how he complains about people having agendas yet he has the biggest agenda of them all. For Maguire or McTominay to get a 6/10 they have to put in an 8/10 performance, while Martial, Shaw and De Gea only need to put in 5/10 to get 7/10. Of course he will say that the player ratings are accurate because they are voted by UnitedStand fans, but they only tally all the votes after Mark has had a good 10-15 minutes to influence how they are going to vote. And the worst part is, as much as I hate him, I watch him every day
Mind you, Flex and KG are great. KG is a little wild in his roller coaster of emotional responses, but that's part of what makes him great. While Flex is very rational in his approach and the smartest of the lot. Beth typically just repeats whatever Mark says so I don't take her seriously. The folks at Stretford Paddock are pretty funny tbh. I like their Premier League Pi*stake. Their humour is more natural and less affected - a la Goldbridge.
Howson is good too. The two channels seem to have a bit of dislike for each other, mainly based around the rumours of Goldbridge being a forest fan or the fact he uses a stage name. He can be a bit partridge at times, but that’s all part of the fun. Both decent channels though, and there’s enough air time to go round. No need to pick one or the other.
God, I watched the first 2 minute of that video, it's so cringe and I had to stop, not sure where the natural humour, may be just not my thing. I'm not big fans of Goldbridge either, I don't even watch him anymore so may be I didn't watch his shit one but my early impression watching him during the lockdown, he wasn't so bad, not my liking to watch but he's not bad.
The only people I watched in United Stand is Flex & KG because they are respectful people and willing to accept different opinion and they are the funniest ones in the channel.
Both Rants and Saeed are broadcasting their own youtube chanel, iirc starting this season.
