Nah not in our league - I declared equal points = equal position in the disclaimers.
The cup weekly rounds are down to transfers/goals/assists/cleanies, but overall is straight points. (I'm huge on this, as one year we had a bit of an arsehole moaning I was taking money off his prize to engrave the trophy - and he tried to make out I was committing fraud tothe whole league :D
Was fuming and banned him for life - all the effort i put into running the league for them! :mad:. Now I take money for the engraving from the overall pot, to avoid this!!)

(Think I've made 2 extra so just as well - but i'd never said it was on transfers, and we've had joint winners in past)

Willock could score again, but as two of his points hauls are based on keeping cleanies, and hopefully with Greenwood coming on I'll have 3 striker differentials, i still hope it can change.

Feeling a little stressy though which will only grow if my boys don't score next!

Greenwood v Holding is a knife edge now.
60mins in and he hasn't come on - starting to think it's better if he doesn't come on now as Holding is on for 6!
Bring the kids on instead!

Removed all United players... Replaced them with TAA, Lingard and Vardy. Had a tough time choosing captain between Lingard and Vardy. Thought West Ham would have a field day vs WBA and that he'd get stuff done...
That choice fecked up my chances for a top finish in the league where I've got a bet vs some friends :(

Just need 1 goal in the right game! Best chance is Martinez conceding. But fear 1 more save point inching him clear.

Hoping Werner doesn't ruck things up is pure infuriation though.

Went with the wrong Arsenal man. Don't think I'd have gone with Pepe given 100 picks though!

Getting nervous, rival has 3 assists and a cleanie on me. One captain goal and he'll overtake me.

fecking hell, the guy that was in lead of the overall game lost it on the last week. That must suck.

Thank god that's over, just about held onto my league as long as the bonuses (mainly Firmino) don't change.

Was a poor last game for me, but if someone said to me Mane would score 2 more than Salah I would never trusted that guy.

Mendy was such a poor transfer. I should have seen it coming. Alisson, Ederson, Dubravka, Pickford, Fabianski would all have been much better.

Yeah was very comfortable in the end. I thought the rival would do some crazy differential move like Auba Captain but he captained Salah and then Rudiger concedes early. At that point I knew I would most likely win.

How did you do?

thanks for you support this last season - I've held the work title. Will have to check the shield, but think that's 10 years after the last win.

Absolutely knackered, pulsing with stress, but relieved :):D:mad::wenger::nervous:

£240 in, and even snuck £50 holding on for 5th in another league.
(I'm banker, so the £240 just feels like less of the pot to have to pay out, but still technically wins :) )

Think I held on for a 19 pointer in the end, madly! Much closer than that looks.

  1. Martinez going from 9 to 2
  2. Greenwood not coming on for a 1 point cameo, so finally benefitting from Holding at long last (!) - 7 points
  3. Nacho off the line 88th or so min
  4. That heart stopping moment when Newcastle went 2-0 up and the wait to see if it was Willock - who ended up without even 1 bonus

Phew - can't believe I barely lost much of the lead (21 to 2) despite Watkins, TAA, Antonio and Greenwood doing nothing special!!

Think I ended up winning by 4 but feck me such a bit of refreshing livescore. Thought that 96th minute spurs goal had shafted me til I seen Bale had scored it and took bonus off Kane.

Thank feck I brought in Mane to cover 2nd place doing the same. Having done that should have captained to cover even better. Made it a more nervy afternoon than it should have been.

I did not do any crazy moves. I went with my defender transfer. Tierney I picked in the end for Digne. 6 point so a good return, but annoying that Chambers got the assist. I did not at all consider Chambers over him. Cresswell was my main alternative and also got 6. Keeping Digne would have been awful and Castagne also totally failed.

I started Greenwood, but it did not matter. Villa scored as I thought they might do with Grealish. Sadly not Watkins who came on for Greenwood in the end. Bamford also bench, but he scored anyway in the second half. Castagne first on the bench so that was important.

Salah captain as the boring call and it did not work. Kane vice captain much better, but I was not close to captain Kane to be honest.

Yeah but you've done much better than me.

Up to March I was just outside top 20k which is the first time I've been anywhere near that. Then it all fell apart and I'm looking at a mediocre 250k
