Given how daft our board is, it legit will need a player mutiny to get him sacked

It doesn't feel like the end is anyway near yet.

Things are going to have to get an awful lot worse before anything will happen.

The players have also lost the manager, the moment we decided not to have one.

Anyone not playing their heart out are not worthy of wearing the emblem.
Players aren't robots. It's hard to stay motivated for a guy who's hopelessly out of his depth and plays favouritism blatantly while constantly harping on him being a manager who picks players by form and not reputation.

It's a bloody miracle they even gave him that long.

It does look like he’s lost the dressing room. Time for a change.

This is the terrible thing. The board won’t do anything until we are in a complete and utter mess. Well out of the title race and likely chasing top 4 again come Christmas. It’s terrible, terrible management above Ole.

They will do the same to the next manager.

A squad full of frauds.

To give context of where I’m at; I’ve been very much give him a chance, he’s done a lot of good things rebuilding this squad, his away record and getting more goals, amongst other things.

but, I just don’t see any way for him to get more out of this group. I think we need a new coach with fresh ideas to give some spark. I just hope it’s not someone who will be a complete contrast to the squad Ole built. The bones of success are there, they just need stirred from a slumber

It's that sinking feeling again I fear. We are just horribly depressing to watch once more and when I watch us play I'm not looking forward to it. I expect us to play poorly and it seems they never let me down.

Good to see the mods are now in the Ole out camp, instead of giving warning points for anyone posting the same after a dreadful display :p

Hopefully he will soon have lost his job as well. Stealing a living here with the salary he's on for the absolute shite job he does.

Yeah, I think this has been the case for quite some time. Not in that they really don't like him, but they're not a team that fights and outworks other teams, as he wanted from the start. It is a team that has been carried by individuals and when those individuals do not shine we look a complete mess.

Ronaldo will not tollerate this.

Watch more stories coming out soon.

Ole has to go now to salvage season.

Haaland won't sign for us no matter how much he likes Ole.

Give Rodgers the job

This was always going to happen as the quality of the team increased. The players realize the man leading them and setting them up isn't up for it. Players like Ronaldo and Varane have won all there is to win, and have played under managers that actually know what they're doing. The other players aren't going to see them come in and see the team still failing and not realize where the blame lies.

what does that even mean?
when will people stop talking in clichés and blaming the team? not enough pashun?

it's been clear as day that ole is out of his depth here. at least since the final months of last season. our coaching is at eliteserien level.

Well the positive thing is that we actually have a good squad, so a better coach could get more out of this group.

I take no pleasure in doing so. Today was my moment to think he can’t possibly get the players onboard now
Same here. Have not been Ole out till now. But today kinda broke me too. I still really really hope he turns it around but will be hard if he loses the players. I think a few of them (Greenwood, Rashford, Maguire, De Gea) will continue to play for him though.

Cant believe we took off Greenwood and brought on Lingard and Mctominay (both the definition of mediocrity) to save the game.

I think so too.

With Varane and Ronaldo and Sancho joining they'll be a lot of discussions with the players about our setup or lack thereof. It's the Chelsea thing happening, they will want a more technical coach with a plan and ideas rather than someone winging it.

We look as bad as any of those poor Jose spells, the players know we need to upgrade fast.

Oh don’t worry plenty of warning points for those who take it too far. Oles history with the club deserves a bit of respect so let’s stay with constructive criticism and nothing personal please

Got to be sooner rather than later…it’s been coming, you see it on the players faces, like seriously forget Ole a second, who the hell is McKenna??? Honestly who wants to be coached by that. Brutal all of them! Ole pack your bags seriously, I’ll buy your ticket back to Oslo

4 down, 6 more to go!! We almost half way there folks!
I was really looking forward to my thread but its not going to get any attention with these belters.

It was going to read "we wont get top 4 if Ole is our manager in 2022".

But alas.

Yeah, that's my concern too and also whether they delay it and watch our season unravel. This is why Conte should be an absolute non-thought.

Across the Universe....from Old Trafford.
Key date is Oct 24th.

Unless we perform a miracle and beat Liverpool...or even draw with them, he will be gone.

He had no business starting the season without a DM signing. That was the start.

And today.

Playing a player who should not even have been on the bench.

To hell with him.

What could be his downfall, is he finally has PROVEN WINNERS in his squad not just his "lads" who have grown up with the club. The trouble for a manager who's out of his depth with having winners in the club, is they expect to win things.

He no longer has a team just of yes men like Rashy/McT/Jlingz, he also has big personalities and ambitious players

The signs were there against Young Boys when Ronaldo and Bruno were effectively managing behind him while he stood there meekly. I said at the time the image could prove a defining one. Bruno and Ronaldo were amongst the poorest today....

Do I agree with player power. No. However the thing here is we can all see Ole is out of his depth, if the players can see that too of course they can't believe in the manager. We don't see what they do in training or coaching. For all we know it could be exacerbating the problem and it be far greater problem than the on pitch lack of coaching.

He has to go, he's taken us as far as he can and at this point is at the risk of taking us backwards and undoing the foundations he'd laid

Even if we beat Liverpool he should go. It will be a case of papering over the cracks and we will slump straight back to type after the City game.

He should be sacked today, and never should have been renewed

I don't know about the players but he has lost me. The United boom-bust cycle has hit hard this year.
