Which player do you dislike the most?

Seems like all our English players got bad attitudes and/or poor work ethics - AWB, Maguire, Shaw, Rashford, Greenwood, Lingard, Jones. We should get rid of all of them

I hate the fans the most to be honest.

Liverpool fans are angels of a club through thick and thin.

It's why they have won 6 CL cups; winning some during runs that they were not the best of England never mind not the best of Europe.

I don't hate any of them but they are quite a soft delicate group that lack fight and pride. Definately not a team that can overcome the odds. I hope Ralf drops the players who are leaving and plays more youth now.
Yes, I meant to say that none of them drive me to hatred, but everyone has issues. I wish it was just one rotten apple, there’d be hope for the barrel.

I know my take is controversial since ManUtd is an English team withh "playing youth players" as part of its core values, but I don't think it is wise to play our youth anymore, considering most of our youth products in recent years got poor attitudes/work ethics (Morrison, Lingard, Rashford, Greenwood, Pogba, Januzaj, James Wilson, Brandan Williams, Chong, Pereira, etc. even McTominay isn't that good indeed since he loves jogging back when we got countered). Even Elanga, who looked fresh and hardworking when he first played for us, got assimilated to the rest pretty quickly.
Modern English players (and French to a certain extent) are mostly snowflake and arrogant and love to treat themselves as KOLs instead of football players, we should try more players from eastern europe, Germany, Spain, Scandinavia, uruguay or Africa instead since most "warriors" type of players come from those regions. Even Welsh/Scottish players are better than English players somewhat.

to my best memories, many of our youth players sent out on loans to other clubs got criticized for their poor work ethics/attitude. I think there is something wrong deep in the culture of our club which has infected our youth academies too.

Indeed.

The poor attitude of the youth players is surely learned from the casual, entitled attitude of so much of the first team squad.

Edit: which itself is a product of the amateurish and unambitious behaviour of the owners and senior management.

Let’s hope the “cultural reset” the club so desperately needs actually happens with Woodward out.

Hate is a strong word but I wouldn't say I actively root for many of our players, they're all so unlikeable. The players as a collective fail to realise that they have so little credit in the bank that any press stories about not liking training etc. mean absolutely zero other than to make me dislike them even more.

I'm going through the squad list trying to find a player I actually like, the only one I can think of really is Sancho and that's because he hasn't been here long enough. Fred hes turned it around this season. The rest are either not good enough (AWB, Maguire) don't work hard enough (Shaw, Rashford) are spineless on the pitch (Lindelof, Pogba) or are tantrum merchants who would rather throw their arms around and pout like they are better than everyone around them when in reality they are among the worst (Bruno, Ronaldo.)

I never said relying on our first team (I indeed want most of them be sold), I was just saying that relying on our youth academy products for a cultural reset is just not the solution. People just have some sort of illusory correlation between our youth products with ideas like "loving the club" "fighters for Man Utd badge", players like Rashford, Pogba, Lingard etc have obviously proven otherwise

There's a high chance all our youth players will go the same way as Rashford & Co if we continue to make them amongst the highest paid players in the league despite achieving nothing. I strongly believe we need to drastically reduce the wages we pay across the board if we're going to reset the culture into one of hard work and determination.

They are the very core of our issue. A group of self-centred twats. All of them either down tools, spread shit to the media or act like they own the place as soon as they face criticism or have a manager that dares to demand a bit of work from them.

Have United fans started turning on the cnuts in the ground yet? Turning it nasty might make them want out and help you attract bids. They’re soft as shit and if they actually got some proper targeting from the crowd I reckon they’d want out asap. It might also stop them getting offered another contract.

Edit: to clarify, I mean verbals, not physical.

Time for a temperature check. Mods can we have a poll, please?

In the meantime who's the player you hate the most? Don't hold back, tell us how you really feel.
A poll would have been good in this thread, one where you can change your vote. That way we could have piled on to whoever was most deserving after each game.

Thing is, now, you'd need to be allowed multiple votes, too. In fact, I don't really think it matters, any more.

Pogba, Shaw, Maguire, Rashford, AWB, Lingard, Scott, Fred, Jones, Hendo.

Lots of Brits come to think of it. 8/10.

In that order.

Add Henderson and Martial to that list too.

Rashford, mostly for the effort he puts in, his sense of entitlement, being too big for his boots and being pictured in Dubai with some dick head rapper every chance he gets wearing his silver Rashy neck bracelet.

Also for his bull shit PR like when he recently said he was calling that fan over rather than giving him the middle finger.

The clip of him during that game v Sheffield United when we lost 0-1 at home, where the player just strolls past him while he was literally just walking and then he points at Maguire to chase after him, Fergie would have kicked seven shades of shit out of him for that and may even have sold him for it.

I despise him as he epitomizes all that is currently wrong at the club.

Watch the video showing the players leaving the pitch and ignoring the away fans, that sums up this bunch of so called Man Utd players. Also pogba stated the other day that there is nothing to play for!!! How about pride the shirt the fans oh and £290 grand a week. I’d play for nothing just to be able to walk out on the old Trafford pitch ,I hate saying it but these players are doing exactly what the glazers are …just taking as much money out of the club as possible without any repercussions

Yeah the wage structure needs looking at because like you say these young players are well overpaid and think they have already made it

Hate is too strong of a word, but I don’t think there are many likeable players apart from Lindelof, De Gea and Fred.

Too many Rashfords here, what he’s done off the pitch saved lives and made the world a better place. And a homegrown player too who loves Manchester. He’s just in awful form. That doesn’t make him a lesser figure to me. Does not being that good at football make you hateful? If he never scores for United again I could never hate him, I’d be disappointed.

There's nothing I hate more than the Portuguese speaking braintrust (Ronaldo, Bruno, Telles, Fred) coming together on the pitch having convos that seem to be about what they should be doing.

It might just be me but I think it undermines the rest of the team and the coach, that they think they have the answers to our many faults. What's even more infuriating is other than probably Fred, the other are a big part of why the team often looks disjointed.

I get they speak the same language but how would it look if the British players did something similar. It just shows how this team isn't completely together.

The fans did alright protesting last year. I honestly reckon turning the heat up on the players would tip some of those players over. Shaw / Maguire / Saint Marcus: I reckon they’d want out ASAP.

Like how they absolutely crucified Karius and hounded him out the club, got in a world class keeper and then won it the next year.

Oh, wait.

It's a very unlikable bunch but I think I dislike McTominay the most.

He just represents how this club is stuck in the past. A homegrown grafter with little else going for him plays when fit and escapes the criticism the other midfielders get. He gets lauded for effort but he really chooses his moments for the camera, doesn't track runners and hides from the ball. That should be counted as effort as well, and he consistantly gets away from any criticism. The club thinks it's doing it the United way by playing a guy like this but this isn't the 90's, almost any midfield in the PL has no problem going up against United because the talent just isn't there. But when the culture at this club is like it is and nostalgic ideas about squad building dwell I just don't see us competing for trophies while he remains at the club.
