Should have been sacked off the moment the rumours he wanted out kicked off, and really should never have been brought back in the first place.

Whatever though.

What a terrible, toxic signing he was.
Yep. It says something that there's genuinely a case to be made for him being the worst signing of this miserable last 10 years.

People will point to the goals and say it's bollocks but he has royally fecked any remaining team spirit we might've had left.

We looked good early in the pre-season, when did turn ugly again? Around the time Ronaldo graced us with his return to training?

I really hope ETH makes an example out of Ronaldo and terminates his contract.

Time to go Ronnie, if you’re not part of the solution, you’re part of the problem.

I'd maybe put it down to you know, the combined 15 or so who have been involved in the first 2 games?
This obsession with trying to pin everything on Ronaldo is so dim it's unreal.

Wishful thinking - ETH has no power to get rid of him. Ronaldo generates clicks and traffic and props MU on internet. That's why owners will not let him go until it's so toxic that there is no way out. LVG (yes, I don't like him) was right - MU is corporation first and football club second. That's why MC/Pool/Real are successful and we are not.

I'm not blaming him for the weather or high gas prices. Yet.
But if it's true that he's a terrible influence on the atmosphere in the dressing room then it's a valid point.

It's been widely acknowledged on here, but the Juve players said they became more of a team when Ronaldo left. It could be an odd galvanising factor for the players if he leaves.

I don't think he should be a problem, nor would he be in a high demanding set-up, but with us he clearly is. And it's a lot easier to get rid of one issue than many.

To be honest ETH has nothing to lose if he does this. Things are as shit as can be-he May as well try it

Whether Arnold and the glazers allow it based on their marketing strategy remains to be seen

I found out today that he's the highest paid player in the history of the Premier League. Shocking stuff.

Was on the Daily Mail earlier thinking it would be amusing to read the most sensationalist headlines about us, and their sport section is crazy. I counted 20 articles from top to bottom, 16 were about United! 7 of those about Ronaldo. Absolutely mental. Sick of reading about this guy.

He's got to go if this is true. I have to admit I didn't pick up on any bad attitude on Saturday and that was the situation I'd most expect it to happen in.

Wasn't ETH meant to have a tough stance on leaks or something? Here we are 2 games in and they're back again.
