Kane + Saka or KDB + Isak?

They’re all calling for Kulu to come back into the side - I’m tempted to risk it and take him on the wildcard.

I'm taking him out on the WC.
I’m shifting that spot to Zaha in one or two weeks - so it’s either Saka or Kulu for me. I don’t have any Spurs and fancy them to put a few past Leicester. I’m not tempted by Son, and prefer KDB to Kane given the strength of the mid priced forwards.I'm taking him out on the WC.
Any reason why? He seems to be getting minutes since it was confirmed he'd stay and has picked up 2 goals and 1 assist in his last 4.. I'm wondering whether its worth a punt but always get worried about doing something nuts
Especially after a terrible last GWNo worries about KDB minutes? Already been rested once and Soton game will be another rotation risk. The Liverpool and blank. Kane is nailed. And Isak is the only mid priced forward to go for who won't be playing number 9 once Wilson is back.
Otherwise I'm in the same boat. I'll move Son to Zaha and feel he has more potential than Kulu who hasn't looked threatening in front of goal. If you wanna go safe Saka ahead of both.
He can play either as CM or RW, which changes his threat, plus it's City and it's tough to know who's gonna return. For that price it's a fair punt if you fancy a third city guy.Any reason why? Plan is always for KDB to become Salah - he’ll come in for KDB by 12 (at the latest) which is when City blank and Pool go on a great run. So not worried.
What do you mean about Isak? For me the three are Toney, Mitro and Isak. Happily have any two of them and think there all good value. I have Toney at the minute and reluctantly swapping him to Isak on the wildcard, but even considering bringing him in again next week to attack Bournemouth (probably won’t do that - but I think he’s a great pick
I think Son has looked really poor. They’re both a risk for me but Son significantly more expensive which sways it. As I say, may take Saka. Or gamble on Bowen but that’s the least likely I think.

Yeah it's the same for me but in 8 he has Wolves away, 9 could be a rotation risk, then United and Liverpool and a blank. Fair amount of minutes risk and not really great fixtures.
For strikers, we all have Mitro already so the last spot will be between Toney and Isak. I am the same, WCing out Toney to Isak if I do go for a second mid priced striker and thats the only option. Toney only has that Bou game as a haul fixtures, otherwise it's decent at best. And Isak I'm not really sure about in terms of his role in their team and he has a reputation of massively underperforming his xG (already showed that by missing an open 1v1 and other chances vs Palace).
Son has been poor but I watched their home games in which he hit the crossbar, even scored if Kane hadn't been stupid to touch the ball from an offside position. He's a bit Bruno-esque where he can have a poor game and still score. Only question is do you think he starts today, because that Leicester high line is the prime fixture for his type of player. I don't mind it for a 1 week punt.

No he started and was subbed on 71 minutes. He has started every single game for them and I don't think that will change, but then he's been their worst attacker and fans think he should be dropped and Kulu should be played but Conte hasn't done that at all so far.
If you mean he was subbed then yea, but his fitness has never been an issue.
Mitro ahead of those guys.
Assuming I don't have a late flap about Tottenham assets, Bailey could be the man.

Rashy with a niggle anyway, then next game City away doesn't scream 20 pointer. Lose 0.1m, but I dare say he could drop anyway without a decent game for 3 weeks!
Bailey at home to Soton could work, and isn't much of a risk as i'd bank 0 for not having a player in that slot otherwise, as he brings me to 10 now.

He's certainly not in usual form this season so far, and for me would mean risking not having KDB.
I have Bailey on my WC but it's only for this GW. He's starting but Villa attack is dogshit (2nd worst in the league) so I don't have any hopes.
Yeah I'm at Son vs KDB at the moment. I guess given I have Kane the sensible move is to just stick with KDB and not overdo on Spurs (who I do think are good at home and could smash the foxes). With Son's rotation risk plus bad form it's probably a decent reason to stay away.
He has a great run of games coming at least.
I think it'd probably be better for me to take GroB out than Rashy thinking about it.

Is there a benefit of taking a further -4 to get a keeper in? Possibly not. Unless they're high odds cleany?
I did have a quick look at Kane & Maddison & Bailey in instead, but I think Kane skews the set up of the team and Mitro is on fire too.
I had the same thought. To be honest I've been going around and around in circles this gw about who it's worth taking a -4 for. Im taking the fact it's taken me this long and I'm still undecided as a sign not to take the hit and just field 9.
I definitely won't bank on Bailey being a long term pick. He will get dropped as soon as they lose or he's not great. And they aren't great anyway, could easily lose to Soton who have at least looked a little better and then it's again chop and change. As a first/second bench option he's still ok which is what I will have him as.

If you think, right, I have no 10th and 11th man, so that's a definite 0 for those 2 places.
I'll cost myself 8, but the 2 players I bring in should get me 4.
So essentially you just need an assist/cleany/goal/bonus >4 to be in profit.
Would you take another -4 for a keeper, if it's Sanchez to Pope? So basically no playing keeper this week.
Thats exactly the calculation I've been trying to make. If there was a clear candidate (ie if perisic was guaranteed to play at least 60 or son was killing it) I'd make the jump but I just fear whoever i chose won't be worth it.
I'm thinking of Pope, Bailey, Mitro and KDB for 4 subs.
For starters I'd only have 7 players, so a -8 gets me 11 (in theory, sod's law means someone will spoil that!).
It's also a week that a lot of people will take hits, or use chips.
So if ever there's a time to go slightly wilder with transfers it has to be this one?
I'm also happy it'd let me keep TAA, James and Rashy who I'd want going forward.
Plus tidy up the Brighton players who know aren't quite the same appeal, as well as Archer who was a 4.3m filler.

I brought in Bailey for Gross. So few options.
Zinchenko injured now to make this weekend even worst.
Had to quickly get in touch with my pal who is in America, having set her wildcard in motion early in the week!! Saliba instead now.
Let us know how that works out against the average WC score (deducting hits)
