Named on the bench for Arsenal. Would be the youngest ever premier league player if he debuts today.

Just old enough perhaps to have seen the 8-2 game and say, Wenger Out.Named on the bench for Arsenal. Would be the youngest ever premier league player if he debuts today.

Nailed on to come on in the 88th minute. Can you bet on a player coming on from the bench anywhere?
He wasn’t even born when the Emirates was opened…Just old enough perhaps to have seen the 8-2 game and say, Wenger Out.
Crazy. Way to make us feel old.He wasn’t even born when the Emirates was opened…
I think that was because it was during GCSEsDidn’t there used to be a rule about age? I think fergie wasn’t allowed to debut Fletcher so young
He is a genuinely top talent in that age bracket. He is too young to sign professional terms and we are reportedly worried about him leaving for a club that will fast track him into the first team so I think we're just giving him a taste of what this is like. With nine bench players it doesn't really matter. Is he that good? No one in the higher age bracket?
Yes. Harvey Elliot holds the record at 16 years and 30 days.Named on the bench for Arsenal. Would be the youngest ever premier league player if he debuts today.

They will fast track his bank account for sure but playing time, he should stay put until he's at least 18.Tweet

Hope he isn’t brought on and then subject to a proper reducer of a tackle. He is a genuinely top talent in that age bracket. Was this during covid or somethingWe already have him signed
Not cool. Should be prohibited. Let kids be kids.
Also uncool and shouldn’t be allowed.
I know one of the youth coaches at Arsenal, and I knew about this kid way back. He described him as Foden level of ability a year ago. Word got out he was training with the 21s, but I know he was training with the first team. My friend named 4 clubs that are after him and sadly all 4 are bigger than Arsenal, and he said it will be a miracle if we keep him. I imagine that is why Mikel brought him on today, to show him if he stays here he will get opportunities, which is our best hope.He must be something special if he is in the first team. Like the fans singing , he's got school in the morning
Not sure if serious. Not cool. Should be prohibited. Let kids be kids.
Absolutely serious. The second the kid was brought on, his childhood was effectively over. While still in his puberty, he will never be able to experience actual privacy or any sort of environment without pressure. It’s become more and more difficult for him to socialise with his peers. And all that for a very loose promise of what might someday become a career. Not sure if serious.

It’s not ok and no kid should be put into a situation like this.
You do realise this is what aspiring professional footballers want to be.....professional footballers. What are you on about?
