If McTominay were Brighton or West Ham player, people would rate him £100m +. It is no wonder teams like Bayern Munchen are interested.

Selling him and getting Hojberg would be an upgrade. I don't know enough about Amrabat, that might also be an upgrade, but I've at least watched Hojberg and I think he's better than McTominay.
Well, Rice and Caicedo who are worse players are now somehow rated £100m players. McTominay, if we use their measurement, would be worth lot of millions more.Sure thing
This is top tier comedy, well done!Well, Rice and Caicedo who are worse players are now somehow rated £100m players. McTominay, if we use their measurement, would be worth lot of millions more.

Are you one of those who also thought Pogba was great player? This is top tier comedy, well done!
I don't drink so there is no problem with that. What have Rice or Caicedo done to be valued more than McTominay? I'm curious. What is £100m + quality? Because they haven't show that yet. Not even close. Not sure where you are in the world, but isn’t it a bit early to be this drunk?
So then being a Manchester United player who has the biggest platform of them, the Mcterminator should go for a fee higher than those two. Correct?Well, Rice and Caicedo who are worse players are now somehow rated £100m players. McTominay, if we use their measurement, would be worth lot of millions more.
Both Rice and Caicedo are nowhere near that valuation. Nowhere near. McTominay is a player that is not worse than those two. So if they are valued that much, so should McTominay. The truth is that those players are worth like 1/3 of that sum. If even that. I'm still waiting for someone to explain how Rice and Caicedo quality is £100m +.So then being a Manchester United player who has the biggest platform of them, the Mcterminator should go for a fee higher than those two. Outside of shooting ability, what exactly does McTominay excel in at a level above Rice and Caicedo?Well, Rice and Caicedo who are worse players are now somehow rated £100m players. McTominay, if we use their measurement, would be worth lot of millions more.

Rice is a funny one to judge. For a DM his sides sure don’t have great defensive recordsYou mentioned Rice and Caicedo being worse players than McTominay. That's a pretty...interesting opinion.
They were sold for 100m because they'd performed relatively well and were on long term contracts. Both Brighton and West Ham would've rather kept them. Us, on the other hand, I suspect would like to get a better level of player than McTominay.

Ha ha, thanks.... it is a depressing time for United fans, I need the humour!!McTominay can't pass wind and when he does, it comes out sideways towards the nearest man.
I’ve said this for a while now. The only reason other top English sides aren’t in for him is because he’s at Utd imo. If he played lower down he’d be snapped up and this Bayern interest sort of proves it. Brighton have Gilmour and fecking Milner in midfield nowIf McTominay were Brighton or West Ham player, people would rate him £100m +. It is no wonder teams like Bayern Munchen are interested.
I would ask instead. What does Rice and Caicedo do to be valued £100m+? None of those are better players looking from attacking piont of view. With a good engine and strong in physical game McTominay is a all around player.Outside of shooting ability, what exactly does McTominay excel in at a level above Rice and Caicedo?
I still think valuation of those players are insane. Relatively well for a bottom- and midtable team don't say much to me. We have lot of those kind of players in Premier League. You mentioned Rice and Caicedo being worse players than McTominay. That's a pretty...interesting opinion.

If this is a genuine post I'll be upset if I don't get promoted to this forum. Im joking! Seriously though. McTominay was overlooked by England and Rice was coveted and successfully urged to switch nationalities after already representing the rep of Ireland. Caciedo is a whole different kettle of fish as well talent wise.Well, Rice and Caicedo who are worse players are now somehow rated £100m players. If you’re correct in your assessment (you’re not, miserably off) then Mctominay will go for 100m plus. Let’s see if that happens. You must be expecting it to happen. Both Rice and Caicedo are nowhere near that valuation. Nowhere near. McTominay is a player that is not worse than those two. McTominay would make a lot of posters on here eat humble pie if he moves to Bayern.
I share this opinion. He's a good player and would compliment most teams in the leagueI’ve said this for a while now. Come on, I like McT a lot as a player, but Rice and especially Caicedo are far better.I would ask instead. What does Rice and Caicedo do to be valued £100m+? None of those are better players looking from attacking piont of view. With a good engine and strong in physical game McTominay is a all around player.

As long as we get rid of him for a decent I’m happy to have any type of pie.McTominay would make a lot of posters on here eat humble pie if he moves to Bayern.
at this point anything over 30 million they just need to take. Getting zero for him would be absolutely shambolic. Best case we move him and maguire on, and bring in a LB on loan, get the CB to help cover varane, and one more midfielder in while mount and mainoo are out. That is best we can hope for. Things like another CF will have to wait.Get £40m for him, sign Amrabat and get Gravenberch on loan. The best we can hope for this window.
I’ve always said if McT went to West Ham he’d be Rice reincarnated. They are the same player.Sure thing
I would trade McT for a sturdy chair, let alone any player we can actually use, like Gravenberch, because McT is virtually useless to us and chair can be useful, a functional DMF player - even more so.So they actually want to buy McT permanently? Or is this a year loan with option to buy rubbish?
Unless you are star player in big team people usually underrate you.I’ve said this for a while now. The only reason other top English sides aren’t in for him is because he’s at Utd imo. If he played lower down he’d be snapped up and this Bayern interest sort of proves it. Brighton have Gilmour and fecking Milner in midfield now
Guardiola wanted to pay huge money for Maguire. Pochettinho is average manager so I have no idea what you want to say bringing him up. Klopp have paid lot of money for players that also failed. I'm not sure where you are going with this.Pochettino, Guardiola, Klopp and Arteta were all willing to pay huge fees for either Rice or Caicedo. I'm sure ETH would have taken either, had the budget been available.
Yet you are saying a McTominay is up there with them, despite not being good enough to get into a struggling United midfield?
Strange how only David Moyes has come in for McSauce, despite only being valued at about a third of Rice or Caicedo!
We have to agree that we disagree on this.Yeah....I've stopped looking at player valuations as reflections of their abilities. Lukaku's career transfer fee dwarfs someone like Berbatov, for example. Transfer fees are complicated.
I'd disagree that McTominay is on the same level as Rice though.
I'm not saying McTominay is going to go for 100m plus. I'm saying he is no worse than Caicedo or Rice and that those two are overrated. Insane money have been thrown. If you’re correct in your assessment (you’re not, miserably off) then Mctominay will go for 100m plus. Let’s see if that happens. You must be expecting it to happen.
In what way are they better. I'm still trying to get that answer. It is no coincidence that both Brighton and West Ham are better this year without those two players.Come on, I like McT a lot as a player, but Rice and especially Caicedo are far better.
The only thing McT has over them is late runs into the box and shooting.
