New manager won't change an iota unless there's a root and branch change at the club on and off the pitch. We've had this bs under Van Gaal and Mourino as well. Players just down tools. Ragnick keeps getting proved correct time and time again

Feeling aggrieved with the refereeing decisions and not believing ETH is any good aren't mutually exclusive.
True. But in the context of the match we lost because of refereeing decisions. We are still brittle and piecing ourselves together. The game at Fulham was a prime example. We had a solid unspectacular performance when we could quite easily have still been reeling and people on here shat on him because we played badly and apparently didn't deserve to win (and numerous pundits).

Our only win in the group so far could have ended in a draw if they just scored their pen.

You could complain about the refs all you want but our performance in this group has been absolutely ridiculous.

Piss easy group completely fecked by us because of our wank mentality.

For God's sake, you clowns, how come you can't get 6 points out of this team ?

I'm sorry but he's a fool if he'll persist to not say anything about the decisions there are going against us thru the whole season - both in league and CL

Compare the way we have set up vs tiny Danish side with 10-men vs how Ange set-up against Chelsea with 9-men and you see ETHs mentality and why we will never achieve much with him in charge.

He's been unlucky but he does nothing to make his own luck either
It’s not even about that. He’s fecking terrible at coaching defensive basics and structure. There’s a reason we get smashed by better sides. We might have conceded 20 goals if we went down to 9 men.

But hey blame it on injuries sure ETH.

Was anything going to change though? Look at the defence, nothing is going to change. Years of poor recruiting finally showing.

Barring Hojlund he has the worst eye for talent I’ve ever seen, just awful.

What? People are moaning about him today? Are you nuts? We played with 10 men for more than half the game!

This is actually pissing me off now. This was a piss easy game like Galatasaray one. We literally threw both games out of the window just of one single bad goal conceded.

The team's mentality is wank. These are bunch of losers.
This is why I'm prepared to give Ten Hag a little slack. A lot of our key players have proven time and time again they are weak mentally. Flying high when things go good, then come apart under a bit of pressure, specifically the likes of Rashford, Bruno, Maguire, Dalot. Its what separates the great players from the good players. Its a team of moments players, players who can throw out a 10 when the pressure is not on, then throw out a 4 when things go bad.

Taking Hojlund off was such a braindead decision. Unless he was injured or carrying a knock. If neither, that's baffling beyond belief. That back four of ours is truly awful. No characters.

He's been a disaster tonight as well. Starts Jonny evans in a must win game, brings on Varane who isn't match fit as Ten Hag has frozen him out.

Mason Mount comes on as our centre forward when we need a goal.

Aramabat who has shown nothing so far comes in at half time. Pellistri who offers pace and an attacking threat ignored as usual.

He is clueless and deserves the sack

You can bury your head in the sand all you want, but ten Hag's in-game management is shocking. Don't blame-shift; look at it objectively; time and again he gets it wrong.

Hojlund off for Mount in that scenario is just shocking.

I don’t have much bad to say about him tonight. Subbing Hojlund off was a mistake but we played very well until the red card and would have comfortably won, it’s not his fault.

Best course now is lose to Galatasary. Then the new manager in January doesnt have to worry about tinpot Thursday games.
We’re never getting a new manager during the season. Unless you mean caretaker manager.

Nothing manager. What does his team even do during the week. No style of play, no ability to control a game. Just pathetic

Careful with that statement, he is hated by many on here for speaking the truth.

Think the most damning indictment of him and where we are as a club that even if we had our full strength 11 all season I still don’t think we’re any better off.

If anything Ten Hag is to blame for how godawful this team's mentality is considered he has been here for a year and half and has done feck all to try to fix such issue. If anything we are worse now, at least under Ole we used to pull the unoccasional comeback.

Thanks to his favouritism of Antony we should be used to playing with ten men as we have done that most of his time here

Team has a composure problem, the swiftness of how we seem to capitulate after one bad event is concerning

Which is why injury has never been a valid excuse for a poor season, because when the players are fit the level is not significantly raised. There are a good minority of posters on here making excuses for the manager at every turn. A genuinely unlucky game but 4 games bottom of the group who can you blame but the manager ?

It was down to player's individual mistakes overall but god knows what that Mount substitution for Hojlund was.

Sorry but brining on Amrabat, and then later taking off Højlund without brining on Martial is his fault.

Job of a manager is to manage situations like this, and he failed.
