Eth is pissing me off with his stubbornness. Rashford plays shit all season and starts every game. We are crying out for a fit LB yet Dalot starts every game and we concede from host mistakes pretty much every game.

We make everything look so fecking hard. I can’t with this team and this manager. How can you mess up in every department? Like, statistically it’s almost impossible to be this shite when it comes to: picking managers, buying players. Every decision made over the past 10+ years is just utter failure, how?

If Ratcliffe comes in , I think he'll instantly bin off ETH if this yoyo form continues.

At this rate, I’d rather lose to Galatasaray and be knocked out of Europe completely. Just to spare us from getting absolutely embarrassed by someone like Real Madrid in the knockout rounds or by Liverpool in the EL.

Varane… what happened to him? He was so good last season. He’s given up?
The body language between Varane and Ten Hag was non-existent when he came on. There is something up between them two. But defensively Dalot was the weakest link. Too much ball watching. Not enough closing down.

We were great until the Rashford sending off. 2-0 and cruising. And their goal for 2-1 should have been called offside. I'm all for calling a spade a spade, but this has been a mental game.
Yeah we were alright till the sending off but then we showed zero game management.

Rapidly falling out of love with football. Nothing the refs or VAR do makes sense to me. No consistency, no conviction, just ineptitude.

The only hope is that the vermin who own us decide they've squeezed every ounce of life out of the team. I hope they lose their asses. The only way they ever bugger the feck back to grifterville.

Sure pal. You think he is playing badly because he is so unprofessional that he won't try because Erik hurt his feelings but I am the one talking rubbish
He's been out of action for ages and was visibly pissed off. Sometimes you just cannot help it but I guess the management experts on here know better.

Every other option at LB is worse, that's the sad reality.

    Because he's a fecking crock.

Thank goodness he came on and proved the manager wrong for picking a pensioner infront of him. A masterclass of a performance. Hopefully ETH hurts his feelings again in the dressing room and he stays in Copenhagen.

    100%

Once upon a time I’d be absolutely livid with this, now I’m just bemused.

TNT saying “what a game!” Was it?

If this is an interesting game of football then I just no longer find it interesting. It’s full and honestly a waste of 90 minutes these days.

That said if Ten Hag doesn’t go mental about the standard of officiating this season after that game I’ll lose a lot of respect for him.

Anyway, first game I’ve watched in 6 and probably the last I’ll watch this season. Better things to do.
We are a club with no self respect. I have lost all hope that we will get out any official statement calling them all out. Same with tenHag going mental in press conference.

Next game, we will see same performance by referees.

Garnacho ran his fecking balls off, he clearly gave a feck. Can't fault his effort tonight.
Same for Hojlund, it's the "senior" players that need to take a long hard look at themselves

    Pathetic

Hope the fans have another banner at the ready at the weekend

The sending off changed the game but we make such mindless decisions at times and do such basic things wrong we don't help ourselves at all

It's sickening Liverpool nearly held on with 9 men

Their goal scorer is a 17 years old winger, I have highlighted here the last two years. One of the biggest talents in Scandinavia
I’ve heard a few people mention this guy, he’s apparently pretty special.

That 4th goal was a disgrace, the way Dalot moved out of the way of the shot instead of blocking it was ridiculous and shows just how little commitment some these players have

Is it possible to get rid of everyone in the squad including the management and start from scratch?

The mentality of these players will never be fixed.
That would be the perfect scenario. Erase the club and start from scratch. Similar to what happened to City.

I'm still gobsmacked that Ten Hag took our man of the match and our goalscorer off when we needed a goal threat..and brought on the predictably ineffective Mount. Who does that?

I'm done. I'm going to go and buy an apple pie from my Geordie friend Michael who works at the BP garage.
You mean your Geordie friend who does the voices of Captain Barnacles on Octonauts and the meerkats from the comparethemarket adverts?

Dalot worse than Regullion ? Sorry not buying that. If that's the case then why not loan a RB and let Dalot play LB till Shaw / Malacia are fit. Not one for sh1ting on our own players but I've never seen anything from Dalot to suggest he would be a world beater at any of the other top 10 clubs in the league. He's garbage

Just take a look at his trophy cabinet and then reassess what youve just typed.
I don't need to. I watch the game. He might have ability, but in all the teams where he won those trophies, he been surrounded by mentality monsters. He's definitely not one

Expected nothing other than a defeat after their first goal even though we had just bagged two and lost a player. Just sums up how good we are atm.

Absolutely fed up of this. One thing after another. No other club of our standing would go from 2-0 up and cruising to losing 4-3 with 10 men

    What's the point anymore

Come on lads - we were screwed tonight by ridiculous rule makers, VAR and sub-standard refs. Played well at 2-0 up, then the shitstorm happened. Game is gone unless the rulers of the game can’t see sense.

Our problem is our left backs are dodgy defensively. They are prone to failing to close down the ball and give players too much space. Wan Bissaka CAN defend. Dalot was shocking today.

That might be the problem though. After winning so much why should he risk a potential life injury for a team that plays like a pub team? He's better off taking care of himself and simply pick up his last big pay cheque

Cometh the hour when this team needed to actually step up and perform, we were badly let down. We mustn’t forget this display of mediocrity with the exception Højlund who played well. Rashford seriously needs to have a think about what he wants to do, if he’s decided his future isn’t here. Dalot needs to go in January.

These days it is a red card. What we don't talk about is that our pen shouldn't have been given. It hit Maguire's hand before it hit the Copenhagen player's arm. We shot ourselves in the foot. We go to ten men and these mentality monsters just couldn't cope defensively.
And Ten Hag taking Hojlund off is unforgiveable.
