Berbaclass
Fallen Muppet. Lest we never forget
Wasn't a thread on him so...
I never thought our set piece coach would be a wanted man seeing as we are absolutely useless at both defending them and scoring from them
50 TB of cross it into Casemiro or McTominaySomebody get his fecking laptop
That’s not all he does. He’s also responsible for individual development in the first team. And of course a first team coach along with the others.
36 month gardening leave or 100m compensation and a men in black style memory wipe.
I was half joking TBH, but only half !
good luck to him if he gets the gig
Yeah, I think he was offered the Blackpool job last season but we refused to let him go. And there were reports on the BBC that Swansea were interested a couple of months ago.Wasn’t he being approached for by Swansea and Blackpool and maybe some other EFL clubs?
Minnesota United seems like one hell of a drop in quality with all respect to them.
I think we've looked a bit better at set pieces the past couple of weeks. Sure, we've conceded from them anyway, but that Villa one seemed particularly unfortunate and we've been winning more first contacts.
Obviously Ramsay was involved in more than just set pieces, but I hope we respond to him leaving by poaching a proper specialist from a PL rival. Bernardo Cueva of Brentford has a good track record, as does Austin MacPhee of Villa.
I have no idea who's doing them at Arsenal but, if it isn't Arteta himself, forget those guys and get this one in a van.

Then mention Brentford and Villa
Pretty random. We are terrible at set pieces, not sure if that's up to him or the players though. So not sure I can say this is a loss.
If we started doing Villa's set piece routines, that 'players stood offside blocking off defenders' bullshit would be banned within a month.
We are but honestly I think most of that is down to the players. Being good at set pieces generally requires having tall, aggressive, and determined players and of course good set piece takers. He was arguably one of the best set pieces coaches, after watching us at defending and attacking set pieces I'd say it was all bullshit. We're terrible at both.

He won’t be missed. Absolutely useless. We must be one of the worst at set pieces in the league.
what if he’s extracting the maximum from the group of players we have, and without him we concede from every set piece? remember maguire tackling shaw to allow spurs to score against us? that could be every corner without ramsey.
Pretty weird a team coming in for a set piece coach to be there manager if you ask me. Don't think we’d miss him that much. We should get the set piece coach from Villa though, always seems to have a plan and gets up every time they have a set piece.
