As the title suggests, which player did you always like but not really rate that highly?

For me, it would probably be Marcos Rojo. Decent defender, and had that really good spell at CB with Phil Jones, but overall well down the list in terms of actual quality and ability.

Nevertheless, loved him as a player. Reckless nature, never say die attitude, all-action, no fear and loved a wild left-footed piledriver from 35 yards.

If half the caf doesn’t say Ander Herrera, they’re not being honest with themselves.

As for my pick, I would probably go with Berbatov or Forlan and I mean it in the sense of them not being very good for us, because they were both ridiculously gifted players and probably the best on their teams both before and after United.

Berba is great shout.

Probably Blackmore, I liked him as a kid even though he was pretty average

Alexander Buttner. Scoring and assisting in your debut match as a defender coming from a small club like Vitesse to never being able to reproduce such a game.

Yeah...but I don't really mean "good for us" I mean "good in general". I'd give you Forlan, maybe, because he kicked on later at smaller, underdog teams, but Berbatov is too good to be nominated in my opinion. He was also pretty decent for us overall, didn't he have a 25+ goal season or something?

McT up there for me. Just like the guy and his hustle. Don't think Berbatov qualifies, but if he did there can't be any competition

Shinji Kagawa… it was the signing i was the most excited about in recent history because as i saw it as a genuine way of attempting to change our style of football to a more continental controlling way with a no.10 after the losses to barcelona in the champions league and a signal fergie was reinventing the side.

turned out he couldnt really acclimatise to the league, and was one of many Dortmund players unable to replicate their form elsewhere. Never cracked on after united either.

still, loved the guy and really wanted it to work.

Kagawa, loved watching him play due to him being technically great but unfortunately never reached the heights of his BVB form with United.

I always remember the video that went viral of him being ignored everytime he was free so I guess he didn't really get a fair shot.

Kuszczak for being the first and only Polish player at United

Dong for the laughs and strengthening our dominant position in Asia

Possebon for the cool name and an epic chant

Dong being part of the guard of honour at Stamford Bridge when we'd wrapped up the league will never not be funny.

One player I never thought was actually very good but I liked him was Wes brown.

Loved Nicky butt too, he was my fave growing up, don't think he was brilliant, but gave it all

Wes brown for me . Always thought he was going to be the best centre half around .

23 caps for England. Wesley was a very good footballer. So was Butty.

Unfortunately it was the very weird love he got despite being a bit crap that landed him on my irrational hatred list.
 I thought I was the only one.

It's all subjective really, but most fans didn't rate Jones and Fellaini. I absolutely loved them!

The current player at the club that most don't seem to rate is McTominay. I think he's so underrated and I'm glad he's part of our squad.

Anderson. Had a very likeable style in midfield, great dribbling and ball control and good tenacity. Still maintain that if he’d stayed injury-free he could have been a top player. But ultimately have to admit he wasn’t that good.
