Shrewsbury Town Football Club - nicknamed Salop, The Blues, The Town, or simply - The Shrews - are a professional football club based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England; and were founded in 1886 following the demise of first Shropshire Wanderers and later indirectly after Castle Blues. Although they haven't been competitive in the higher divisions throughout their history, Shrewsbury hold the unique distinction of winning the Welsh Cup 6 times, a record for an English club. I realise that some people think we will lose, but we have beaten the likes of Sheffield Utd and Derby, so I think we should be able to beat these guys.
