If we play the same way we did against Tottenham I guarantee you it'll be nothing like the Liverpool result.Yeah because Spurs were rock bottom you will see what happens on Sat
Preference.Is that a prediction or a preference?
Ah fair enough, I do agree with resting Bruno for the weekend and we should play Pogba for sure. Dalot worries me though for obvious reasons.Preference.
Would like Ronaldo and Bruno fresh for City and I think Dalot would unlock Sancho better than AWB would.
Feel like Bailly would be fantastic in a 5-3-2. Let's him pull all the crazy shenanigans he wants because he has additional cover at the back.DDG

I know what you mean, he's a liability at the back but it would be interesting to see how he gets on in a system of 3 CBs to supplement his defensive deficiencies. I don't think Ole is brave enough to take on that kind of risk, though.Ah fair enough, I do agree with resting Bruno for the weekend and we should play Pogba for sure. Oh yeah I’d be up for seeing it, I want to see more rotation regardless so this would make perfect sense.I know what you mean, he's a liability at the back but it would be interesting to see how he gets on in a system of 3 CBs to supplement his defensive deficiencies. We’ve had 1 game in the last 10 days! Nobody needs a restAh fair enough, I do agree with resting Bruno for the weekend and we should play Pogba for sure. Dalot worries me though for obvious reasons.
Fair point, but we play city 12:30 Saturday and it’d be a nice luxury to have Bruno completely fresh. Saying that it might be more prudent to get ahead and then sub Bruno ott. We’ve had 1 game in the last 10 days! Nobody needs a rest
Agreed. Also, with Varane's composure alongside him, God forbid we might actually see a rational Bailly.Feel like Bailly would be fantastic in a 5-3-2. Let's him pull all the crazy shenanigans he wants because he has additional cover at the back.
The last time we played him in one he was horrible and had to be moved to RB.Feel like Bailly would be fantastic in a 5-3-2. Let's him pull all the crazy shenanigans he wants because he has additional cover at the back.
Which game was that? Don't remember him playing in a back 3 at all.The last time we played him in one he was horrible and had to be moved to RB.
It is really down to what Manchester United turns up.So 5 hours to go! Everyone feeling positive?
One of those ties against PSG, last season I think.Which game was that? Don't remember him playing in a back 3 at all.
I’m excited for the meltdown when the team is announced and we’re playing 4-2-4 againSo 5 hours to go! Everyone feeling positive?
I listened to a united podcast that had an Italian correspondent on earlier and I believe they said they were, but the centre back who was a bit of a live wire is back (you know the one I mean ).Are they still riddled with injuries?
No Lindelof means you might be right.I’m excited for the meltdown when the team is announced and we’re playing 4-2-4 again
I do too, the only thing that makes me doubt moving Shaw is that it means reshuffling maguire and Varane into CB and RCB, so they might just keep those 2 where they were and put Bailly in.Think we'll play a back 3 of Maguire, Varane and Shaw. Telles and AWB as wing backs.
In that case, Rashford and Ronaldo up top, AWB to keep that left forward guy quiet instead of Dalot, will probably be fine then. Even when we were poor in first half we created 3 really good chances, so I’d expect chances for us to continue but to be a bit tighter defensively with the 3 CB’sI listened to a united podcast that had an Italian correspondent on earlier and I believe they said they were, but the centre back who was a bit of a live wire is back (you know the one I mean ).

IIRC, wasn't it the first leg at home against PSG where he started RB of a back four and was hooked because his head went and was close to getting sent off? It was the Paris leg we played with 5 and won.One of those ties against PSG, last season I think.

You may be right. It's hard to keep track.IIRC, wasn't it the first leg at home against PSG where he started RB of a back four and was hooked because his head went and was close to getting sent off? It was the Paris leg we played with 5 and won.
Could be wrong, but in fairness, he's not a RB.
Not for a few years. So 5 hours to go! Everyone feeling positive?
Last time we made Shaw a centre-back and Telles a wing-back was at Leipzig. So, you know, I hope you're wrong.Think we'll play a back 3 of Maguire, Varane and Shaw. Telles and AWB as wing backs.
A lot of "reds" will be positive for an Atalanta win im sure.So 5 hours to go! Everyone feeling positive?
Someone said 5 still out, Demiral (went off HT) is fit though. Regardless, we should be winning this. How many of the Atalanta players that were missing from their second half in GW3 are back?
Not for a few years.
